Where did the hispanic lady go? She was always greeting with a smile on her face. I work around the corner so this Dunkin is good for me but might have to go to Starbucks because
The girl that takes the orders drive thru in the afternoon, does not say hello does not smile. Always looks like she doesn't want to be at work. Hands the items thru drive thru doesn't say anything. Just damn stupid stare.

Use to be the best Dunkin by far! Recently they have gone down hill. The coffee is never a consistent taste. I get very simple coffee drinks, iced coffee with my flavor and cream, and it's never right anymore. Super disappointed.
Great service at this Dunkin’! One employee was extra helpful when I forgot to add whipped cream to my drink in the mobile app. She kindly added it for me without any problem. (I had to ask for her name since they don’t wear name tags and I believe she said her name was Taylor) I really appreciate her understanding attitude and great customer service! It’s the little things that count. Will be coming back again!
