Asked for light ice with my drink and a hot coffee. Had to repeat while ordering more than 4 times. Girl working Saturday evenings needs more training and consideration for customer service. Iced drink is filled almost to the top with ice. Hot coffee was cold and very watered down when I was driving back to fix my order. Asking again if I could speak to manager she said they weren't there. I love Dunkin but this location is terrible customer service. I don't recommend this location...read full review
Worst Dunkin experience I've ever had.
The evening crew, especially one girl working there, seemed completely clueless about what she was doing. I ordered a hot coffee and was served coffee that wasn't even warm it was cold, as if it had been sitting there since the morning.
When I went back to let them know, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she acted confused and dismissive. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking.

The order messed app order a 100% had to go to the window to get it right. Because his English was horrible. And he was moving too fast and couldn't speak English. Nor could you understand him and on top of it had the nerve to get upset
