This location is terrible. The employees are rude and disrespectful. Owner and drive thru lady are pricks. I was the only one in there and they rushed me. Food quality is shit. Prolly smashed my bagel because I asked to use a different CC before they swiped. If you like smashed bagels from a prick, go here.
I’m not sure what the issue is but this is the third time I got coffee and it tastes like water. I damn near choked after tasting it. I asked for a large coffee 4 and 4 and 1 sugar. I get it maybe every other day from the location close to my house but today I just got it here and wow, what a waste of money. This is trash! I probably should have had my child go back there and make it because this was crazy. What a disappointment, and their attitudes don’t make it any better

Extremely Disappointed - DO NOT RecommendI recently ordered a dozen donuts from Dunkin Donuts, and it was a complete letdown. The donuts were not only old but also had an outdated Halloween theme. They were inedible, forcing me to throw them away. What's worse is that these donuts were a gift for someone.Despite reaching out to customer service with two claims, including names like Pableiris and Eilen, as well as the franchise representative, I have received no response. It's been weeks of frustration and disappointment, reflecting poorly on Dunkin Donuts' customer service. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

I strongly suggest to not go here!!!!Worst customer service,I felt embarrassed in-front of my guests and family,the employee at the drive through told my wife,”we are done” while we were still ordering,if you don’t have patience then don’t work at customer service…I am never going back to DD particularly at this one.He is lucky it wasn’t just me and my wife.
