Exceptional customer service!!! I sat in the drive through at the McDonald’s in Hoffman Estates, IL on Higgins rd and the sales associate took three cars before me so I went inside to place my order and make a complaint. Well as I explained to the manager what happened she was very apologetic about my experience.keep in mind I was upset but I kept my cool and she took my order and basically gave me my food for free. I don't go to McDonald's very often, but out of all the locations I've been to, this one is probably my favorite. It's just a little more decorative and modern-looking than your typical McDonald's. I do like it for the little design touches and atmosphere. If we happen to be nearby, this is the location I'd pick.

Not sure what happened but the cook quality has gone down. Bring back the old chef!

This location is super close to Alexian Brothers Hospital and has a unique three-window drive-thru system. The staff is always friendly and gets the orders right every single time. Customers appreciate the positive atmosphere and the friendly faces that greet hard-working people throughout their day.
