We come here frequently, haven't had a problem before but honestly someone should check in on the girl who was working the drive thru 8/25 around 9:30am. She might be having a bad day... because no way someone with that attitude was given a job in customer service. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! Service is always fast and very friendly. Drinks are consistently delicious. This location is always busy, too but does an amazing job of getting stuff out on time and moving through the line!The manager Michelle is always so sweet and a smiling face whenever I go!

i ordered a venti hot chocolate along with other items today through the drive thru. my hot chocolate was warm and VERY watery. i wasnt given a receipt along with my purchase to show proof of order.
