I have been a regular customer of this branch since last 6 months. But for the past few weeks my experience has been terrible. They hardly listen to the order if I have placed for a decaf coffee or to add something else.And they have rejected my 3 orders after handing over the order as they didn’t have $50 change, which I found to be really insulting. If it happened once I would understand. But now I might be going somewhere else

What a hot mess! Waited 10 minutes for a iced drink, to be given the wrong one, with an attitude. The gave a snippy comment when i proved that it was the wrong drink. Was told over and over again "your drink is coming right up"? Another 5 minutes I got my drink, not prepared correctly and received, a, oh well its wrong. Won't go there again! Hire people who care!!!!

Been to this place many times. Usually orde 5-6 drinks. every time order is wrong. Today was once too many times. I called not very professional. They use a deliverary service with that said, because of the mixed up, they wanted me to take more time from work to go back, sit again in line to get my drinks corrected. You would think they would use the deliverary service. Wouldnt recommend going to this starbucks.

I ordered before using my app to get my coffe since I am there. The app said my order would be ready at 8am. 8:10 am it was not ready yet. I asked if would be faster cancel it or wait more time because once we pay BEFORE go means that we do not wanna wait right? Or I would stay waiting in my car.The men said would be faster cancel ? “ it is ridiculous “ but I did and the lady in front of the machine was stupid and sarcastic. I believe she missed the class that say “ the client is aways right” I was the cliente and she the employee.It just happenedThursday 10/26/23 at 8 am - 8-10 am

i ordered a venti hot chocolate along with other items today through the drive thru. my hot chocolate was warm and VERY watery. i wasnt given a receipt along with my purchase to show proof of order.
So disappoint with service today in this location . I got wrong order, because girl was too busy double ask my order, if she didn’t understand, and coffee tasted like water with milk . So it means if they busy, they can make whatever want with bad quality.

The service today was absolutely pathetic and offensive. I asked a question about the size of coffee, and the attendant at the register responded so condescendingly that I left the store. I refused to do business with treatment like that. I encourage the manager at this store to provide the employees with more training on kindness toward clients. You lost my business today, and you may have permanently lost my business.

Drive through. Asked for 2 warm not hot drinks. They were made hot. I returned them and asked to have warm not hot. They remade them one ok one hot again. This location always has problems with my orders when I use drive through.

This starbucks is understaffed and very slow. Even if there are 3 cars in drive thru, prepare to wait up to 15 mins. This is a consistent issue.
