Went to this location, had an issue with the bacon not being very sweet or peppery. They gave new batch with more seasoning. Other then that, they where kinda slow to recognize that I needed help and or that I was also waiting for my online order.
I went this past week. The young lady was by herself and running the drive up and walk-ins. If you have ever worked in a restaurant with to go and walk up and sell merchandise it's a big freaking job.She smiled when I asked her if she was by herself. "Yes I am" She didn't complain and was cheerful. The owner should consider himself lucky. I would also think it's not a corporate thing to do having one person alone in a store. This is a good Dunkin Donuts. The staff member I worked with during my visit went above and beyond to make my son happy. I'm disappointed to see they don't carry the chocolate frosted, vanilla creme filled donuts I've found other Dunkin's carry. I was told no branches in IL offer that.Kid-friendliness: Staff member was very kind to my son.
