“Coffee here is solid — nothing mind-blowing, but definitely good and consistent with no complaints. The real standout is the space: it’s very spacious with plenty of seating, and there’s always a few people getting work done. It makes for a really comfortable place to hang out for a while.

The service, though, has been a bit odd in my experience. I’ve been here a handful of times, and more often than not I end up standing at the counter for a few minutes before being acknowledged, and when I am, it can feel a bit begrudging.

“First time visiting this place! I stopped by to buy something to brighten my day! And as always, I send a good morning greeting to everyone who contributes to my productivity. As soon as I entered, Kelly and the rest of the staff greeted me with smiles and a warm welcome. I noticed the temperature inside the store was high,
With weather 90 degrees Fahrenheit, actually was much hotter than outside. I asked why it was so hot, and they unfortunately replied that the air conditioning was broken throughout the entire place. I couldn't stand the heat. However, everyone was incredibly helpful and did their best under these sweltering conditions inside Dunkin' Donuts.

I confirmed that no one could tolerate the heat inside due to the lack of ventilation. I appreciate the efforts of the employees who work hard to improve the business every day, no matter the circumstances.
