“This Peet's is usually quite busy as it is situated squarely in the middle of downtown Evanston. I would say the most outstanding feature of this Peet's is the service. Everyone is uniformly friendly, prompt, and helpful. Lots of smiles. Seats may be hard to find as Northwestern students usually plant themselves in their tables and stay there for a good part of the day. It's better when the patio in front of the store opens in Spring. The drip coffee is fine with half-priced refills, and there are an assortment of breakfast sandwiches, pastries , and muffins. Make sure you talk to the server about enrolling in the rewards program which is quite good.“
“Fast, efficient, hard workers. They have their system down pat. Someone is manning the cashier, someone is manning mobile orders, and someone is the runner doing the rest. It works for them and it shows. I bought 20 bags of their holiday mix during December as a gift (weird, I know) and then asked them to grind all of them. They did not hesitate-- not to mention I felt bad because they were busy but they did not show any stress. Handled it like pros. Thank you! Love the young lad working the mobile area-- such a treat to chat with him when quickly grabbing my order! 10/10 highly recommend.“
“I will say, it has such a good atmosphere in this place. Perfectly lit, not too bright nor dark. Plenty of space & very clean as well. Just about every seating area had an outlet for charging.This is a place I'd like to stop & enjoy a meal at. Just be sure to always use the MdD app to get rewarded.Parking: They also have a bike rack for those of us who like to park bikes.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are level with ground, but no automatic door.“

Food is great, service is great and it’s always clean.The reason why I did not give them 5 starts is because they do not have a baby changing station!I already told them, but seems like there is no interest about it. We have a baby and it’s a bummer having to cross the street to change his dirty diaper at Starbucks.“
