Starbucks staff at the Winnetka location are fast & friendly!
This place is definitely on the higher end of quality Starbucks. Staff is always super nice and they work fast, despite the crazy volume of orders they have to deal with.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular spot known for its friendly staff and generally quick service, especially when ordering online. Customers appreciate the efficient service and the absence of long waits. However, some have noticed recent declines in service quality, such as not calling out orders for mobile pickups or forgetting specific instructions, like avoiding cheese on bacon Goudas. Despite these issues, staff members are often described as nice and friendly, with employees like Mark receiving positive feedback. The restaurant maintains a welcoming atmosphere, but customers hope for improvements in consistency and attention to special requests. Overall, it remains a favored place for coffee and quick bites.
