Great food excellent service
We loved the location and decor. My standout dish was the creamy avgolemono soup. If your entering The Laundry Mall entrance Avl’i is in the back.
Sat in the outdoor area with the pretty lights overhead. It was a lovely night. Our waiter was difficult to rack down , and dinner took longer than we hoped. My branzino was ok, (I needed it gluten free) but the plating was not attractive at all. My friends enjoyed the lamb gyros. We had dined at Avli 2 weeks ago, and sat in the new area. Service was much better, and the meal was too. We were disappointed this time. Not sure we will be back.

While some dishes, such as the saganaki, are exceptional, others, like the grilled seafood plate and lamb burger, can be overcooked and dry. However, the food quality is generally excellent, well-prepared, and served hot. Dishes are well-spiced, and the soup is fantastic. Despite some menu changes, Avli Restaurant has loyal customers who enjoy the strong drinks and quick service. Overall, it is a great spot to try, especially on a busier night when the kitchen is in full swing or while enjoying a lovely meal on the patio.
