Laid-back, cozy coffee shop with a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the house brew coffee, and my daughter got the peach matcha. Both had great flavor and were exactly what we were hoping for.
The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. A great spot to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy a slower pace.
Delicious latte, blueberry muffin, asparagus pastry and coffee. Love the added touches… coffee cup and dishes too.
I come here a couple times a week and usually get whatever light roast is on drip, or an oat draft latte.
Pros: reliable place to get some work done. Music at a low volume, lots of seating, warm and sufficient lighting. Service is really efficient. Yummy coffee - I’ve yet to have a bad one. They have a pitcher of oat milk as well as dairy for your drip coffee; yay for us lactase-challenged folks!

La Colombe Coffee Workshop is a reliable place to get some work done, with music at a low volume, lots of seating, and warm and sufficient lighting. The service is really efficient. The coffee is superb, and the almond croissant is perfectly made—flaky, flavorful, and super satisfying. However, the almond croissant had an overpowering syrup flavor for some, and the bakery selection is quite limited. The caramel banana brulee tastes too artificial, and the strawberry mocha and strawberry matcha are not liked. The atmosphere is great, and the café is in a great, convenient spot with a really warm, cozy vibe. They have a nice selection of croissants, drinks, and sweet treats. A hot caramel banana brûlée latte and an iced caramel banana brûlée matcha are both very good, with the rich sweetness complementing the earthy matcha perfectly. The café is very roomy and comfortable to spend hours on end. A con is that they only have single-use plastic cups, though they will fill a reusable container. Most tables have a small surface area, so it can feel a little squished with a large laptop.
