The broth is incredibly rich and spicy, with lamb cooked to ultimate tenderness in spices, served with traditional Yemeni flatbread for a rich and unforgettable flavor. Kebda Lamb Liver Would have thought it was a Chinese stir-fried liver if no one mentioned. Seasoned with a rich array of spices and onions, it's full of the meat's natural flavor and aromatic layers. A bit oily but goes well with rice. Cucumber Salad A refreshing cucumber salad, intensely cucumber-y but a bit too much dressing. Not greasy but just okay in texture. “Extremely popular, and very touristy. We came here after watching some food blogger’s recommendation. And it’s worth. It’s a shack like hot dog stand. They are super fast and cheap. We got a Polish sausage sandwich. It was hot and came with some caramelised onions on top and some roasted peppers as side. The sausage was good and the peppers were very refreshing. The fries were given as a side and they were hot, crunchy, and well seasoned. They don’t have any done in facility. However, you can stand and eat on the standing racks. Those stands/ racks were quite dirty- so we ultimately ate sitting inside our car. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for a low cost, fresh meal.“
