“Blufish offers a great selection of fish centered appetizers, maki rolls and asian inspired entrees. Not photographed but the tuna tartare and wasabi chips were a stand out. The bibimbap was a group hit and paired nicely with the various rolls as our table was all sharing. The design of the restaurant is chic, modern and lighting is perfect for a date night or night out with friends.“

“We were indifferent to Mora when it first opened several years ago. The food was ok but not great. We went back for the first time in years a few weeks ago and were absolutely delighted by everything. We returned on Sunday afternoon and continue to be bowled over inspite of the noisy laughter coming from a couple of women in a corner booth.“

“Over 20 years ago I started eating at their original Lincoln Park location. Today, their delicious food keeps me coming back time after time. It helps that the restaurant is staffed by the nicest people in the world. When I call for pickup they know my order (lad nar with chicken and Japanese gyoza) and they have it ready in ten minutes. “I almost never write reviews but this is truly a gem. My wife and I are huge fans of Central Asian foods and we've been to quite a few. Before coming here we read a review saying that this was the best Central Asian restaurant in the Chicago area. And we can confirm that that is 100% correct. We're so glad that we found this new Kyrgyz restaurant just 20 minutes away from us.

We visited on a Tuesday night but man was it packed. Probably because it was Ramadan. Staff was friendly. And every single dish was so authentic and perfectly eexecuted. We left with very full and satisfied stomachs.

Just for reference, these were the dishes we ordered: Beef skewers, boorsok, mampar soup, lentil soup, lagman, and eggplant salad. All were great as mentioned.“

We ordered Phở Tái, Bún Tôm Nướng, Spring Rolls and Crab Rangoon. It was plenty for 3 people and took some home. They also have a huge menu with Smoothies and Bubble Tea. I looking forward to trying the teas and other menu items“

I am a FAN of chinese food, but no where around suburbs and chicago will you find such FRESH food! Veggies are perfectly done, meat is perfectly cooked! Sauce is amazing taste! I had their Happy Family Dish , Chicken fried rice and Khan Pau Chicken .

They put their own unique spin on the sauces, and it really takes everything to the next level. Also, the salad and dressing are super fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend Hakuya!“

“Our order was ready 10 minutes early so we were glad we came early. There was one table of diners in a relatively nondescript dining room but lots of carry out orders. Our egg rolls were tasty but without the traditional Chinese fried outside. These were pretty greasy but had more meat than vegetables which was a pleasant surprise. They came only with a Chile sweet sauce and it added to the taste. Our potstickers were just ok and had a slightly gooey exterior. \nOur main courses included Mongolian beef which was much higher quality beef than most places offer. Nice flavor and sauce. Our noodle dish with chicken was also flavorful as were the moo shu chicken ingredients. \nPrices were on the high side but the portions were generous and the quality deserved it. The value was great and we would return.“
