Came on a Monday to experience the Owen and Engine winter residency. Got their burger, which was one thick boy. It was covered in a bed of caramelized onions which provided a nice sweetness. Other than that the burger lacked flavor. The patty itself was like a slab of beef with little taste. The bun suprisingly held its integrity even with all that meat and juice on it. I like Bixi in every way, but I was here for the Owen and Engine winter run. The burger continues to be incredible. The korma was pleasant, but the peanuts and assorted pickle jar are something I could eat as a meal by themselves.

Cool place! Tasty sour beer & my fried rice with chicken was yummy although it had a bit of a fishy taste (fish sauce?) which I wasn’t crazy about but didn’t hate either. It also had excessive bean sprouts but that’s my personal preference; I removed 95% of them lol. My friend got the Rose Tteokbokki; it was a bit spicy for her but had decent flavor.
