My experience at The Duplex was honestly basement level from start to finish. We arrived early and were told they were closed until 5:00 PM, so we left and returned at 5:10 for our 5:15 reservation. The first red flag was when they seated a huge number of people all at once. There’s no way every single person had a 5:00 or 5:15 reservation, and the restaurant immediately appeared overwhelmed.
