Went to Gorilla Sushi in Jefferson Park today for lunch. Really enjoyed it! Many of the rolls are so reasonably priced. Really enjoyed the spider roll and especially the Miami roll. The sauces they use on their rolls are spicy and flavorful. Glad we dined in rather than getting take out. The service at lunch was very good. Also, the chai coffee I had paired well with the sushi. I plan on coming back soon!Parking: Plenty of places to park on the street by the restaurant.
I order from here pretty regularly! very affordable sushi in the area. my partner loves the sashimi(especially the tuna ones) and i love the dynamite and unagi roll. the fried calamari is a bit pricey for the quantity but SO GOOD. amazing batter to octopus ratio and the batter is seasoned. always consistent, never had issues

gorilla sushi is delicious. This is not my first order. always fresh, lots of sauce, a few pieces of sticks. I recommend godzilla roll, miami roll, mini godzilla, california roll, dinosaur roll - fresh, delicious large pieces. and what everyone loves - the philly roll.I recommend, you will be satisfied :)
