“I’ve been here twice for lunch and dinner. Both times the fish was perfect. Nigiri and Sashimi that is top of its class (fresh, large portions, perfectly prepared). This is one of the best sushi spots in Chicago and the prices are more reasonable than everywhere else (local or in the city). The Nigiri/Sashimi lunch is only $16 and very large. I had 12 different cuts of fish for dinner. I will definitely be back. Great food, great service, well done! Highly recommended.“

Don’t be deceived by the name. The food is very good. Very fresh really great service small intimate restaurant. They have a small dining area probably for parties that are somewhat small or overflow.. try it out so good !!
I guess you can order Omakasa I was looking at reviews and it looks amazing. It’s so fun to sit up at the sushi bar and watch their craft with those amazing knives so skillful.“

We found Van and his fam through Woodmans. His brother-in-law was running the sushi counter in Kenosha and we were blown away by his consistency and quality. After some years he moved on. His replacement was his sister and her husband Van, who were just as kind and good to us as her brother. When we found out they were opening a spot, we were thrilled! And finally, my dream has come true; one that Sushi With Gusto couldn't get right- the sushi burrito! And it's better than I imagined! so im leaving in a moment for Vans to get sushi burritos for me and my family and I just cut 3 acres of lawn so BRING IT ON! Spicy tuna, easy on the Philly. Please. “My first visit to Inovasi and it did not disappoint! Our server Lucia was fantastic- knowledgeable friendly and she helped me find just the right cocktail! We started with their delicious bread, and then had the crispy pork belly for appetizer. For entree we had a filet with shaved truffles and a blackened cod with lime and whipped edamame. Both were superb as was the dessert of flourless chocolate cake with raspberry purée and shipped goats cheese, and a pumpkin cheesecake. All was delicious, and the ambiance and decor was warm and inviting. We will be back!“

“The food is amazing! Love the all you can eat setup where they bring you your broth, meat and seafood then you go to the buffet tables and get all the veggies, noodles, and sauces you want. This way you don't have to commit to a large quantity of just a few vegetables. I like it because I don't like mushrooms but my partner loves them so he can get a many as he wants and I can get extra lotus root instead. This is our new favorite place to get hotpot and we will definitely be back to try all the different broths, meats and seafood.“

For sushi we ordered, the Patrick roll, Galapagos roll, and sushi/sashimi combo that comes with spicy tuna rolls. For dessert we ordered green tea ice cream. All the rolls were phenomenal. My partner is gluten free and she is helpful with this and offers gluten free soy sauce which is nice and rare to find. Also.. BOGO later in the day is wonderful and for the other low star reviews about their BOGO sushi not seeming super fresh… like that’s the point? It’s BOGO so they don’t have to just throw it all away at the end of the night, so if you need it fresh just made then obviously don’t get the BOGO items lol.

“We re glad to find this place. They have rice dish and ramen menu. We ordered regular champ ramen and spicy champ ramen for lunch..I love their broth, it was so rich and flavorful. I never tried ramen broth with seafood juice on it, usually its a pork or chicken broth. Surprisingly, I dont taste any hint of fishiness. It was so good! I also like their noodles. The portion is enough ( or maybe too much) for a person. I did not really care of the cabbage and carrot in the ramen. Next time I am back, i might ask if i can have it without veggies.
