“This is the best Japanese restaurant in the world, plain and simple. For food: sushi, ramen, tempura, you name it, they have it. For drinks: sake, beer, Ramune, the list goes on and on. Don’t forget the mochi for dessert as a sweet treat to end your meal. Service is impeccable. There is outdoor dining during the weather-permitting summer months. New customers often become regulars here and if you ask, many will say this is their local favorite. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. You just have to try it for yourself.

“I honestly really liked this place! My friend took me to dinner here and it really is a hidden gem. Yes, the prices are high, but the food and service was worth it. The owner is also such a cute, lovely lady and she makes the experience even better. She gave us free egg rolls and they were absolutely delicious. “My first visit to Inovasi and it did not disappoint! Our server Lucia was fantastic- knowledgeable friendly and she helped me find just the right cocktail! We started with their delicious bread, and then had the crispy pork belly for appetizer. For entree we had a filet with shaved truffles and a blackened cod with lime and whipped edamame. Both were superb as was the dessert of flourless chocolate cake with raspberry purée and shipped goats cheese, and a pumpkin cheesecake. All was delicious, and the ambiance and decor was warm and inviting. We will be back!“

“We were so excited to have found this new place for yummy sushi poke bowl! We adore that modernized look of the restaurant and there are a lot of variety of poke bowls to choose from. My boys like the mushroom and California rolls sushi while I enjoyed the spicy hot fish poke bowl a lot. The staff and owner were super friendly and nice. The place was stylish, neat and clean. “We ordered Bulgogi Kimbop, Crab Cream Cheese Roll, Teriyaki Salmon Roll, and Famous Fried Chicken with honey garlic sauce. Everything was very fresh and tasty. The bulgogi kimbop had a generous amount of fillings but I could have used more of whatever delicious sauce was on it. My kids (age 2 and 3) devoured the crab cream cheese roll and the salmon teriyaki roll was slightly sweet and smoky and delicious. The boneless chicken was great. It was so crunchy and perfectly cooked and drenched in the his sticky honey garlic sauce that I was licking out of the package. The man who was running the restaurant (and cooking and ringing up orders, one man show!) was really nice and super kind! The restaurant didn’t have too many tables but the ambiance and decor was super cute and it was not loud inside. I will be back when I’m in town next.“

“My father and I were craving some Sushi that night. On the road, it was thundering and pouring outside. Absolutely hell to say the least, run inside this place and my god, you step inside, the atmosphere + the decor make the place look really authentic. Clean floors, clean tables, ample seating for friends and family. I was hyped to try something new.

The Owner named Susie sat both of us down, introduced the menu and said her recommdations, we took up the offer and got our plates. My god, the portions were a lot but food was out of this world. I can absolutely tell the fish are fresh here and not a day or two old. I espeically loved the soup with the fish and vegetables, both had a very good and savory combination too it. No Disappointments there.

Susie shared her story of her passion & love for making Sushi and told us opening this restaurant has been a big dream of hers. My father and I were touched by her amazing words and story, seeing how good the food was, we couldn’t help but to order some more food and leave a large tip for her gratitude.

I recently discovered an incredibly amazing sushi spot. It is easily one of the best I’ve ever been to. Everything is unbelievably fresh and full of flavor, and the sauces are absolutely amazing.

The staff is very friendly, and Justin, the owner, gave perfect menu recommendations. His culinary skill genuinely impressed me, and I can confidently say that from now on, this is the only place where I’ll be eating sushi.

“So, I stopped here after my post-op visit and ordered crab rangoon & orange chicken.
The crab rangoon is what I ate first, and as someone who has visited over three dozen american-chinese food selling restaurants in the Chicagoland area it is the best I have ever eaten. Really really spectacular. Incredibly tasty, strong flavors in both the filling & the sauce. Perfect amount of wrapping to filling. Will be coming here again when I'm in the area, just so I can get another set of them. I genuinely considered going back in and ordering another set when I finished the first but I had my orange chicken to eat so I sadly decided against it.

The orange chicken was next, and it was okay. I did enjoy it, but it came with onions (which I love) and bell peppers (which I hate) so I would've asked for it without the bell peppers if I'd known. Also the flavor wasn't as strong as I like, I prefer a strong orange flavor and a lot of sauce. This didn't have that, but it was the crispiest chicken I've ever had with orange chicken so that was definitely a bonus.
All in all, I'll definitely come back the next time I have an appointment here, mostly to get crab rangoon but I'll definitely be trying other things as well!“

“The food is amazing! Love the all you can eat setup where they bring you your broth, meat and seafood then you go to the buffet tables and get all the veggies, noodles, and sauces you want. This way you don't have to commit to a large quantity of just a few vegetables. I like it because I don't like mushrooms but my partner loves them so he can get a many as he wants and I can get extra lotus root instead. This is our new favorite place to get hotpot and we will definitely be back to try all the different broths, meats and seafood.“
