“Emma was amazing!!! I came in on a busy Sunday night for an authentic Japanese meal and I got that and more. Amazing Sukiyaki! I also got a tekka maki so i can try the FRESH wasabi! Emma, the bartender/host/server was so friendly and helpful despite having a crazy busy restaurant! This is my new favorite Japanese restaurant!!“

“I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant, I had low expectation in the beginning. Inside, it's modern, bright, clean and has great ambience. Alex was very friendly, professional and provided great customer service. I did not have to wait long for my order. The sushi burrito I ordered was perfect, best I've ever had. This is totally a restaurant that I would go back to in Waukegan and would highly recommend.“

“My first visit to Inovasi and it did not disappoint! Our server Lucia was fantastic- knowledgeable friendly and she helped me find just the right cocktail! We started with their delicious bread, and then had the crispy pork belly for appetizer. For entree we had a filet with shaved truffles and a blackened cod with lime and whipped edamame. Both were superb as was the dessert of flourless chocolate cake with raspberry purée and shipped goats cheese, and a pumpkin cheesecake. All was delicious, and the ambiance and decor was warm and inviting. We will be back!“

“First time at Kuma's Sushi Bowl yesterday...1) Wife went there for lunch. 2) I stole some of the wife's bowl. 3) We both went back to grab two bowls for dinner, partly to pay her back for her lunch. And, I'd like to add that it's not very close from us. Great, fresh and delicious sushi bowls. Worth upsetting your significant other for!“

If they don’t have something on their sushi menu that you want, then just ask! And they will gladly make it! “My fiancé and I went here over the weekend and it was amazing! The sushi is so fresh and super filling. The protein to rice ratio was great. We ordered Scallop deluxe roll, Spicy crab crunch special, Salmon special roll, and Volcano deluxe roll. We definitely will be coming back! The owners were so sweet and welcoming. It's not all you can eat, but the sushi quality is amazing and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!“

“The food is amazing! Love the all you can eat setup where they bring you your broth, meat and seafood then you go to the buffet tables and get all the veggies, noodles, and sauces you want. This way you don't have to commit to a large quantity of just a few vegetables. I like it because I don't like mushrooms but my partner loves them so he can get a many as he wants and I can get extra lotus root instead. This is our new favorite place to get hotpot and we will definitely be back to try all the different broths, meats and seafood.“

“One of our favorite go-to spots! Everything is consistently delicious—the rolls are amazing, and the chicken and pork katsu are hands down some of our favorites. They put their own unique spin on the sauces, and it really takes everything to the next level. Also, the salad and dressing are super fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend Hakuya!“
