“The food is amazing! Love the all you can eat setup where they bring you your broth, meat and seafood then you go to the buffet tables and get all the veggies, noodles, and sauces you want. This way you don't have to commit to a large quantity of just a few vegetables. I like it because I don't like mushrooms but my partner loves them so he can get a many as he wants and I can get extra lotus root instead. This is our new favorite place to get hotpot and we will definitely be back to try all the different broths, meats and seafood.“

“My first visit to Inovasi and it did not disappoint! Our server Lucia was fantastic- knowledgeable friendly and she helped me find just the right cocktail! We started with their delicious bread, and then had the crispy pork belly for appetizer. For entree we had a filet with shaved truffles and a blackened cod with lime and whipped edamame. Both were superb as was the dessert of flourless chocolate cake with raspberry purée and shipped goats cheese, and a pumpkin cheesecake. All was delicious, and the ambiance and decor was warm and inviting. We will be back!“

“My fiancé and I went here over the weekend and it was amazing! The sushi is so fresh and super filling. The protein to rice ratio was great. We ordered Scallop deluxe roll, Spicy crab crunch special, Salmon special roll, and Volcano deluxe roll. We definitely will be coming back! The owners were so sweet and welcoming. I recently discovered an incredibly amazing sushi spot. It is easily one of the best I’ve ever been to. Everything is unbelievably fresh and full of flavor, and the sauces are absolutely amazing.

The staff is very friendly, and Justin, the owner, gave perfect menu recommendations. His culinary skill genuinely impressed me, and I can confidently say that from now on, this is the only place where I’ll be eating sushi.

I highly recommend the Angry Tuna Roll, Liger Roll, and Poke Nacho. Every single one was outstanding.
