“The food is amazing! Love the all you can eat setup where they bring you your broth, meat and seafood then you go to the buffet tables and get all the veggies, noodles, and sauces you want. This way you don't have to commit to a large quantity of just a few vegetables. I like it because I don't like mushrooms but my partner loves them so he can get a many as he wants and I can get extra lotus root instead. This is our new favorite place to get hotpot and we will definitely be back to try all the different broths, meats and seafood.“

“My first visit to Inovasi and it did not disappoint! Our server Lucia was fantastic- knowledgeable friendly and she helped me find just the right cocktail! We started with their delicious bread, and then had the crispy pork belly for appetizer. For entree we had a filet with shaved truffles and a blackened cod with lime and whipped edamame. Both were superb as was the dessert of flourless chocolate cake with raspberry purée and shipped goats cheese, and a pumpkin cheesecake. All was delicious, and the ambiance and decor was warm and inviting. We will be back!“

“We were so excited to have found this new place for yummy sushi poke bowl! We adore that modernized look of the restaurant and there are a lot of variety of poke bowls to choose from. My boys like the mushroom and California rolls sushi while I enjoyed the spicy hot fish poke bowl a lot. The staff and owner were super friendly and nice. The place was stylish, neat and clean. The sashimi was fresh and delicious! The food was served fast and the price was reasonable too. We are definitely coming back!“

“Hongdae was simply outstanding. The drink and food selection was vast. We definitely did not go wrong selecting the house specialty rolls. Staff was friendly and prompt making the experience wonderfu. In addition, the environment was very calm and private. I cannot wait to stop by again when I’m in the area.“

“Sushi lover here. Ordered couple times 3 rolls lunch special and it was great. The quality of the rolls is top notch. Today I went to try the signature nigiri and Ari maki along with their house sake and it was just amazing.
Make sure to try the Zuke salmon nigiri, Yellowtail signature nigiri and the Big eye tuna nigiri as well. They are all wow😌“

“My fiancé and I went here over the weekend and it was amazing! The sushi is so fresh and super filling. The protein to rice ratio was great. We ordered Scallop deluxe roll, Spicy crab crunch special, Salmon special roll, and Volcano deluxe roll. We definitely will be coming back! The owners were so sweet and welcoming. It's not all you can eat, but the sushi quality is amazing and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!“

“Came here for their happy hour, but ended up having a three course meal. The ramen noodle salad appetizer was fantastic and I'm someone that does not like salad. The sushi was delicious! I believe we got a spicy tuna roll, dragon roll, Godzilla roll. We're suckers for recommendations and were told the Chicago fire roll and the sticky date pudding were worth it. We agree! I recently discovered an incredibly amazing sushi spot. It is easily one of the best I’ve ever been to. Everything is unbelievably fresh and full of flavor, and the sauces are absolutely amazing.

The staff is very friendly, and Justin, the owner, gave perfect menu recommendations. His culinary skill genuinely impressed me, and I can confidently say that from now on, this is the only place where I’ll be eating sushi.

I highly recommend the Angry Tuna Roll, Liger Roll, and Poke Nacho. Every single one was outstanding.

I got it with the crispy noodles which were good but I didn't expect them to be super crispy, like a tortilla chip. I thought they'd be a mix of soft and crispy like I've had in other Thai restaurants. Next time I think I'll get the regular soft noodles.“
