Nice place. Been coming for a while. A bit of feedback to the owners and staff. If you are offering pour over coffee on your menu and I come in for it, don’t tell me “the customer” there is no way because it’s too busy. I quite frankly don’t care. This is a you problem. Not a great way to keep people coming back. This is the second time now that this has happened to me.
Unfortunately I feel like the service and quality has gone down recently. I went there today to for a breakfast sandwich and ordered the avo bacado. The gal mentioned they were out of bacon but could swap it for an extra egg and I said no problem. I ordered a latte since I was there and figured I might as well. I get to the window and now they don’t have any avocado spread either, so I said just remove the sandwich then from my order (which was my whole reason for going there...read full review
The last few times I have been in there, noticed quality and service was not near what it used to be. Today I ordered via the Joes app. The person making the sandwiches brought seven sandwiches out, put them on the counter by the register and let customers pick through to find their food. My sandwiches were cold and poorly made. They even left paper from the cheese on one of the sandwiches. Careless and disgusting.
