“Excellent treats, stunning buildout, and great service. An overall great experience. Seeing the restaurant from the street, you will not expect what you are about to experience upon entering. It's a bright, open, well-appointed, beautiful space, with vintage wood floors, and a massive mural of Frida Kahlo that occupies the entire wall. These downtown vintage buildings have high ceiling heights, further emphasizing the eye-catching mural. Not only is it a beautiful and inviting space with the aroma of coffee and sweets lingering in the air, but you are also invited to watch the churro-making process with the kitchen open for viewing by patrons (separated by glass). We shared a regular churro and a fruity churro split. Delicious! And the staff and owner are friendly and graciously take time to answer menu questions. Nestled in between two other incredible restaurants, Kubo Sushi and Sake Lounge, and El Patio, this is a nice compliment to restaurant row in downtown Elgin. Save room for dessert!“

“Stopped here in a hurry and looking for a quick bite. So so glad I did! The K-dogs were AMAZING and the strawberry cream donut was out of this world. The staff was kind and helpful and the establishment was very clean. I highly recommend this place and will be back!!“

“Bubo Coffee is a cozy spot with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The coffee is rich and well-prepared, with a nice selection of specialty drinks and seasonal options. Their pastries and small bites pair perfectly with the drinks, and everything feels fresh and thoughtfully made.
The space is modern yet comfortable, making it a nice place to relax, catch up with friends, or even get some work done. Service is generally friendly and attentive, though it can get a little crowded at peak times.

“Excellent food and coffee! I ordered a lunch wrap and an iced caramel breve and both were amazing. The staff was friendly and I didnt wait very long for my drink and food even though it was quite busy. My only complaint is there is only one area with comfy seating. I came here specifically because I saw there was a couch and armchairs on google and they were all occupied by a group of students. I am new to illinois and was looking for a new coffeehouse to stay and read at for an extended amount of time and was disappointed I had to sit at a table. I didnt stay anywhere near as long as I normally would have at my shop back home- that place had multiple couches and chairs.
In response to the owner: you can directly control how you furnish the place. My old coffee shop was mostly couches and armchairs. I was disappointed to find this shop only has one comfy corner. The chances of ever finding it open are basically non existent. I would absolutely go back for to go food and coffee but I wouldn't plan to stay a while.“

“Iris makes Tracy's a lot of fun! Great personality and always has the place looking sharp. An incident happened a couple of weeks ago and I felt so sorry and scared for her. An employee from the resturant next door...My Cocina, became very agitated and got right in her face and was yelling at her. I actually got scared and thought the police were going to be called. He was out of control. Iris handled the situation and he left. But she should not be harassed by this employee. He continues to come in and it is very uncomfortable for those of us that go to your gaming lounge.“

“Nice little airport restaurant for a ligtht meal and a view of the aircraft. It's the only restaurant at the Dupage airport. Everything is like new. Staff is welcoming. Food is good. Open weekdays 9am to 2pm. Tables along the windows for viewing airport activities.“
“I call Stella's place my home away from home. The place is very inviting. I used to go to GVC but I like this better because there's only a few people playing and everyone is so friendly. Jonathan Is usually hosting when I go and he is the best. He is so friendly that the minute you walk in the door, he treats you like a long lost friend. He remembers what I drink and has it ready before I even say anything. If there are no machines available he offers to call Shelby's but usually I just wait around and visit til someone leaves. I've never met anyone like Jonathan, he loves his job so much and it shows.“

“The General Manager in Hoffman Estates Panera is one of the best I have ever seen. His name is Brian. He is constantly on the go, working the register, making drinks, cleaning tables, helping people as needed. Very approachable. We frequent this store regularly. Kudos Brian!“

“My friend and I discovered this gaming cafe located in the corner of an almost empty parking lot. Since the start of the pandemic, we've been gaming here and we haven't done that bad. Not big wins, but not to many losses either. We both agree that Kolinkos manager (lady who tends the bar for majority of time, always has a smile) is such a friendly person and she does her best.customer services is good and our experience has been that our experience has been a positive one and I hope more people start to give this place a try. You'll find a very nice lady who tends majority of the time. Its a possibility that family will come and help her out by covering her Shift here and there. After this it cool to see them join in the fun and pay. come here often as the peopleyone is very welcoming. has been 4 star treatment“

“I ordered from them on Grubhub for the first time today for my two children and I. My kids have never tried boba before, they’re 4 and 8, so I thought it would be a nice treat. Omg they were DELICIOUS!!! I also opted for the mystery cup which was a super sweet surprise! I’m going to take my kids here very soon so we can actually enjoy our time in the shop itself ❤️“
