Excellent place !!! To enjoy clean, safe and friendly service with the children in the cafeteria with the girls, they give them their ball when they leave and everyone is happy and content.?
My grandson and I visit a lot of indoor play places during a cold Chicago winter, The Ball Factory is by far the cleanest and well staffed. The employees clearly take a lot of pride in their work. This is evident in the way they interact with the children and how well they maintain the facility. We love the Ball Factory!

This place has been one of my favorite places to take little kids since my daughter was little and she’s nine now. I have a one four and nine-year-old and they all absolutely love this place. The indoor climbing is large enough for adults to climb through and have fun too. 2 adults get in free with a child purchase.
