this place exceeded in customer service and definitely very please with how clean the place was. we even went over and thanks the women that was cleaning and wiping things down immediately after kids were doing with it. hand sanitizer was everywhere. overall great experience at the mount prospect location.

It is well organized and so many activites to do. time will fly in no time.
Great, clean indoor playspace for kids. Huge play structure with lots of areas to climb and explore. There is no wasted space underneath, which includes lots of little areas for kids to play in as well. I appreciated that I could also go in to follow my 13mo old crawler around. Soft baby zone was great, lots of food options at fair prices. Ice cream vending machine was a hit with my 3.5yr old daughter. Staff was very friendly. Ample seating available. We will be back!
