Brought my 3 kids during their Spring Break to have some fun. It was VERY crowded, which I anticipated. There was a daycamp group from the local park district. So dozens of extra kids without parent supervision. On busy days (or when they know there are field trip groups) the staff should be supervising the area with drivable tractors and cars. A lot of big kids were playing pretty violently with the toys, running into each other and using them as bumper cars. It was dangerous for my toddler. We all also ended up with Covid for Easter. Again, not surprising, but disappointing to know you can’t take your kids to a play place without being sick for a week after. Overall, the kids had a blast, but because of health and safety issues, we won’t be back.

This place has been one of my favorite places to take little kids since my daughter was little and she’s nine now. I have a one four and nine-year-old and they all absolutely love this place. The indoor climbing is large enough for adults to climb through and have fun too. 2 adults get in free with a child purchase. They have a right on section that is super fun for those proactive kids and a ballroom area where you could shoot balls at each other. If that threatens you for your little one, don’t be scared there is also age grouped off sections for the little ones. Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards. You can get great deals. Food is reasonable and yummy.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with celebrating my kid's birthday here.First of all, I called them and changed amount of kids from 10 to 11. So, they immediately sent a new bill to my email, but room wasn't be ready for 11 kids, still for 10. I had to ask them to add all staff.Next, water was unlimited, but no one watching it and I had to ask them to bring more water every time.And the last one, I can say: "The best one". My guest's shoes were stolen and she had to left the room without shoes. Really barefoot. The staff provided socks. Imagine, you came with shoes (e.g. expensive one) and at the end there is no your shoes and you go outside barefoot, when it is raining.The staff just said: "I am sorry" and doing nothing.So, better to have one more shoes in your car when you select Ball Factory and wear no expensive shoes. Be ready to go outside with no shoes. Unfortunately it is impossible to wear "I am sorry".
