“First time experience, went for Happy hour. Bar area is a little loud. Daily specials are only for take out not even for a dine in price! Happy hour special pricing and food was very good. The monthly special appetizer of escargot was great! Bread served with it would have been better soft, for enjoying the total dish, rather than hard toasted. Peppers, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and sausage was better than I expected. Involtini was really good. Wife said the garlic dressing was good. We plan on making it on our frequent list.“

“Great beers (as usual). Tonight’s review is for the featured “food truck” experience the Counting Crow. Full disclosure, we have never tasted CC prior, although online it looks like they regularly service most of the top Independent craft brewers for some time throughout suburban Chicagoland. Given their excellent reviews, was excited to taste. Nope. Didn’t realize their posted 5-7 limited quantities meant exactly that. By 6:00 pm on a warm busy spring Friday evening, CC was already sold out of 2/3rds of their (flash heated on a table top griddle) menu of Pork belly tacos and Shrimp po’boys (on a Friday, in lent)? Which only left the many hungry to enjoy their signature chicken sandwich (original, medium spicy and extra spicy) served with chips. While the sourcing of their chicken breasts (decent size/texture meaty and fried well) was good, their temperature plated was lukewarm and underwhelming. Maybe a pop up on the patio isn’t the best way to promote your food, Idk. Not a fan and can’t recommend. Definitely won’t go out of my way to sample again“

“What a wonderful breakfast place! I went with my wife and daughter, and we had such a good meal. I had the Mexican omelet tacos, my wife had the egg, bacon biscuits and gravy, and daughter had the breakfast avocado toast. Each dish was delicious. Our server, Deisy was very attentive and friendly. Come in for a wonderful breakfast experience!“

“Went to La Hacienda de Roselle for lunch/dinner. Best place ever for Mexican food. They give you so much food and it is very inexpensive. The staff there is friendly and you get great service. I can't say enough how great the food is. Best Mexican Restaurant in all of the Suburbs of Illinois. It deserves 5 Stars and even more! Love it there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Three of us had breakfast here. It was busy, but we didn't have to wait for a table. They have different drink options for breakfast but we just went with coffee. Our food was cooked fast and came out pretty good. I had the south of the border quesadilla. It was pretty good. We will have to try again.“

“I have been coming here for about 20yrs. I live in another state and when I'm in visiting I have to stop! One of my favorite places I'm glad they are still around. Sweet and Sour Chicken and Egg rolls all the way! And if you know you know the $1 noodle from when I was a kid!! I've introduced my own kids to this establishment and they are huge fans as well!“

“My first visit to Char Kabobs was excellent! I wasn’t sure what to order because I’m not (yet!) super familiar with the cuisine. The chef? recommended the Chicken Boti wrap and it was delicious! I’d asked for it spicy and it had the perfect amount of heat for me. Freshly prepared, flavorful tender chicken, lots of onions, just the right amount of lettuce and delicious sauce all wrapped up in fresh flat bread. I will definitely be back to try more items! Highly recommend!!“

“Lively place which is visually lovely!! Great artwork and fantastic ceilings with lights! Went on a Saturday night around 6 and very thankful we had a reservation. When we left two hours later there were still people pouring in!
We started with guac which was delicious and fresh- chips were an unspectacular but the flavors in the guac hid it well. House margarita was large and good- could have been better-but still decent for the price. I had the combo platter which included a taco, tostada, enchilada and tamale along with beans and rice. The food was fresh, plentiful and delicious (still good reheated the next day). Service could have been more attentive but not taking off a star for it because the food was that good!
Definitely utilize the valet- parking is tricky.“

“Place has changed a lot, haven’t been there in 6 months and it’s totally different. Staff has been turned over for the better and service is way better and friendlier now. New management got this place turned around. Definitely be back can’t wait to try some new specials.“
