Wing Hing Restaurant is a small family owned Chinese restaurant that has been a local favorite for over 10 to 25 years. It is a to-go place with a clean, stark dining area. The food is always piping hot and fresh. The Crab Rangoon is delicious and filled with meat, not just all cream cheese. The potstickers are fried and unique, fried to a perfect darker gold color. Other popular dishes include classic general tsao, orange chicken, garlic beef, sweet and sour chicken, chicken broccoli, Mushroom Egg Foo Young (2 patties larger than most places), Chicken Fried Rice, and Steak Cho Goo. All the Chinese takeout staples are top notch. The prices are excellent, portions are ample, and the total for a large order was an absolute bargain at $38.00. The restaurant is cash only, which helps keep costs down and savings passed onto customers. The two guys running the place always get orders right. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall.
