Taco Maya is definitely my new favorite Mexican restaurant. The food blew my expectations through the roof. Went to Taco Maya for lunch on a weekday afternoon, and the place was pretty empty. They have tons of seating inside, including a Maya Room to host parties or get togethers. They offer a lunch special on the weekdays which includes 3 tacos + rice and beans. They do have pre-selected tacos for the lunch specials, so you can't order outside of those.
