Placed a delivery order for a sandwich and requested extras (cucumbers, hot peppers, onions, and extra pickles) and the sandwich didn’t come with any of the extras. I called to make them aware, and they said the person that made the sandwich put it on there and to look under the lettuce. This is my go to Jimmy John's location. The manager and staff are always so friendly and do a great job. My order is always correct, only complaint would be maybe 15% of the time the bread is tough.
