BREWHAUS 31 is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance feels vibrant yet cozy — perfect for both casual hangouts and special evenings. The craft beers are exceptional, each with distinct flavor and smooth finish, and the food menu complements them beautifully. The staff are genuinely welcoming and attentive, adding a personal touch to the whole experience. It’s rare to find a place that nails atmosphere, taste, and service all at once, but BREWHAUS 31 does it effortlessly. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great brews and great vibes.

Overall the food was solid. Stuffed crust was good, toppings were fresh. Ordered Blue Moon beer and was served a 10oz cocktail glass. Apparently they are bottles not on tap. They have a large variety of local microbrews on tap. They have a self-service tap system that allows you to sample all the different types. You are charged by the ounce for each of the beers. All in all, not impressed by the options. Would expect at least a few bigger names on tap as well.

Brewhaus 31 is awesome. You can tell Jimmy put so much heart into this spot. He really cares about his people and the community. A lot of the dishes are made by him, and he even gets ingredients from local gardens. The Chikn65 might honestly be my favorite dish ever.
The vibe is super warm and welcoming, the food and service are both amazing, and it’s really kid-friendly too. He’s even got bubbles for the kids! There are a bunch of games and a huge wall of taps (pretty sure he said 31 taps for being on Rt 31). Can’t wait to go back!

I’m so glad we stopped by Brewhaus 31. It’s super cute inside and the food was outstanding. We got the Sicilian Mess pizza and it was excellent - so much flavor and the crust on the thin crust was an unexpected surprise! The beer wall is fun too. It’s a very well thought-out place.

We stopped into Brewhaus 31 close to closing and were immediately greeted by Julia, who was super friendly and welcoming. The place was quiet, but she made us feel right at home. Our server Julius was absolutely amazing — such a great personality and genuinely fun to talk to! It felt like we’d known him for years. The food was great too — overall just an awesome experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
If you have not stopped in to bask in the ambiance you are missing an essential part of this place! As soon as you walk in the vibe is just right and the employees as well as the owner make you feel at home! Their selection of craft beers is insane! Flavors I never even knew about and the setting is off the chain- a must see and try! The food was absolutely amazing! I had the fish on a Friday!! I actually finished every bite. Definitely will go back again and again!

Our group of five was highly satisfied here. Went for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated immediately and the staff was very helpful. We tried the pepperoni pizza, bbq chicken pizza, and buffalo wings. The pizza is tavern style, which is not my favorite style of pizza, but this pizza was delicious! Crisp crust, awesome toppings, great sauce. The wings were really good too. Jumbo wings lightly breaded so they were crispy with juicy meat and the sauce was on point. They have pay-by-the-ounce beer that you can pour yourself, or you can just order drinks the old-fashioned way. It was my first time pouring beer this way and staff was very helpful. I'll definitely go here again for the beer, wings, and pizza.
