Make sure to order the " Italian Beefless" sandwich. It tastes very similar to actual Italian beef. You can add your choice of peppers, vegan cheese, and marinara sauce. You can also order the sandwich as a bowl if you don't want the bread.
Besides the vegan Italian beef sandwich, Buona doesn't really have anything else going for it imo. The quality of the fries is often very inconsistent, and they're usually super overcooked and crunchy. Prices are really high too. Expect to pay at least $16.00 for a meal here.

This is by far the best fast casual dinning experience in the Algonquin market. My wife and I eat in/carry out on a fairly regular basis and every experience is exceptional! Excellent employees (best in the business), outstanding fast and accurate service, excellent and consistent food quality, competitively priced. This is also the cleanest restaurant inside and out that we have ever experienced. So important!
