Allison has really turned this location around. I stopped going a few years ago because I always had some kind of issue. Been 4 times in the last 2 months and the food has been fresh, hot and no issues!!

I'm not one to bash places, especially the food industry. However, this place always has some crazy stuff going on. The most recent time I went inside for a to-go and the manager was just going a million miles a minute. Freaking out,rolling her eyes, rushing things. Not really to the employees, but costumers!! Myself and others before and after me. Maybe it was just a rough day, but nearly every time I order here, eating there, drive thrus, etc. they mess up my order, ignore a request ie; no tomatoes (my mom can't have that). Yes, you get your food. The wait, lack of respect, and incorrect items really make it not. worth. it. However it is open later, so it's an option.

I get advertising consists of making it look better than it actually is, but this is literally FRAUD! It does not resemble the BBQ Brisket Whopper AT ALL! I ordered without tomato’s, but theres literally nothing brisket about this. DISGRACE!!! This is why Burger King won’t be around!

We were there last week during a HOT day and the playroom was roasting. Understandable due to the temps and the room being all windows. Turns out they were having AC issues. Fryer issues. Almost no ice. Half the pops in the freestyle were out and... it was rough. But the staff was great. They were doing the absolute best they could. They were giving out ice cream or slushies. They offered my oldest a cookie when he didn't like his toy. They replaced my youngests dropped cone with 2 more. Food service is rough and this whole team went above and beyond as much as was possible. We'll keep coming here bc of examples like this!

The food was fine and hot. Service was fine. The place was dirty and the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. WORSE THAN A PORT A JOHN. 😫 they probably haven't had a good clean in MONTHS. Will never return for that fact alone.

Our experience was good but why is there no Air Conditioning in the play area? It was 95 degrees in there. Bacteria will breed like crazy. I didn’t want to let my grandsons in there.
After not trying Burger King for a long time we were given a free soft serve cone, awesome great we could try it again. Wrong. We get there and say we have a free soft serve cone and they thought we said three not free okay no problem they’ll just fix it and send us to the window. NOPE. They were so rude yelled at each other then turned back at me gave me a rude death glare and then pointed to the next window didn’t say sorry for the incorrect information or say next window please turned, stared, death glare, point. So disappointed then when we got to the next window the guy just handed the cone and shut the window no have a good day or enjoy. On top of all this the cone was so soggy! So disappointed Burger King has gone so downhill; I will not be retuning.

I was there with my sons on Mother's day and your manager Raquel was awesome! My order was made correctly but a bag was forgotten but she caught it before I left and apologized and gave us some cookies for the mix up. She was so friendly and a joy to deal with. She really keeps that restaurant running . You need more managers like her. Definitely deserves a raise because people like her are hard to find in this industry. Way to go Raquel... you are a ROCKSTAR!
