I just waited 5 extra minutes because they told me fresh fries were being made. My fries are old and super cold! They’re so stale you could choke on them. The other fry I bought is hot. If you’re making people wait all of the items should be hot and fresh!

After years of working in Algonquin il my workers and my have lunch almost every day in that Burger King. Today cashier refused give me more onion ring sauce, so good buy Burger King !
This burger King sucks so bad no matter who's working there it just sucks I usually only get sides there because I dont eat meat tonight I got large French fries and large onion rings the fries are ALWAYS cold and the onion rings are soggy I pulled over and checked right after to check the food but I had to make myself not go in there that's how mad I was
They have a play place still and I don’t feel bad about bringing my son with ASD there. Rarely anyone inside let alone in the kids/play area. Considering it comes with the meal absolutely will be back

Went through the drive through for dinner this evening. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and an original chicken sandwich with 2 fry’s. Got home to realize they only put the original chicken sandwich in the bag, with the two fry’s and mozzarella sticks..

Service was mediocre. Food is.. Burger King. Nothing too special. The biggest issue was the absolute mess of a restaurant. I came with my children since we were out of town and waiting for an appointment when they got hungry.. It was a mistake. My son needed to go to the bathroom and my partner (who can't smell anything) took him and neither of them could stand the smell long enough for my son to use the bathroom. The bathroom smelled so bad, and there were disgusting clogged toilets. In the play area, there were messes everywhere. Several tables were dirty but the crowns were on them as if they were cleaned. Garbage on the floors. Floors are covered in not mopped up soda spills that dried. Everything is sticky as all heck. I will not be back to this one.

Be ready to wait, your order might be wrong after multiple repetitions. Lots of patience and kindness needed. Food is always good once you get it.

Absolutely love BK! Can't go wrong with the #1 Whopper meal with cheese! Tried their mozzarella fries and they were delicious as well. Always a great experience!

I’ve given this location plenty of tries at all random time of the day/night. Their fries are always stale and the whoppers/whopper jrs always taste a little cold. I checked out the one in Carpentersville and so much better. Everything came out freshly made. So definitely recommend the Carpentersville, IL location

I asked for a double whopper with cheese and bacon no pickles and I got the wrong burger. I also asked for cheesy tots and I got churros instead, atleast the fries and coke were correct

Like the playpen, dislike the lies. How can Burger King advertise "flame-grilled" whoppers but cannot grill onions? We love this location because of the kid's playpen. It's one of the few dine-in, kid-friendly fast food options surviving this litigious, post-Y2K, post-pandemic world. However, the corporate overlords of Burger King mislead customers by advertising mouthwatering burgers on a grill. If the patties were really grilled, then why can't the onions be? It's not that hard. Burger King is putting themselves at a competitive disadvantage to In-n-Out burger. In-n-Out grills onions. Why can't Burger King? The Burger King is sitting on a throne of "Have It Your Way" lies. The menu advertises +200,000 ways to order a whopper... why can't one of those ways be grilled onions?
Kid-friendliness: we have three kids under age 6 and they love playing in the kid's play area. It's a real treat for the parents to know the kids are safe, playing with other kids their age, and we don't have to do dishes.
