Worst Halal food ever. Chicken isn't hormone and antibiotic free, shreds in layers!!! No seasoning touched the chicken. There was the tip off a rubber glove (finger tip) in my dipping sauce. Bugs flying everywhere.. ewwwwe!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢Worst experience and chicken ever. I rate it a negative 5 out of 10!!! There is no way possible that this rated so high!

We were just there and had the classic chicken sandwich and it was so good! To our surprise they brought us a complimentary cookie shake and that was amazing! We will be back!

Restaurant was insanely slow. The guys behind the counter had a lot more interest in talking on the phone than helping me out. I wound up leaving because I couldn’t get any help. And to make it worse, the restaurant absolutely stunk. Just smelled horrible, like rotting meat.

Didn’t get fries with the meal even though it was stated I’d get some. Our texas toast was literal bread, not toasted, nothing on it. just a slice of bread lmfao. Chicken tenders were the size of my pinky. Awful. Literally shut this place down, incompetent workers.

The lady at the register was extremely rude, I also asked for no cheese sauce on something (I don’t like cheese but wanted this item) and she gave me the ugliest look like if I were crazy saying she couldn’t do that, was rude giving our order, restaurant didn’t even look open, tables sticky, all of the tvs were on the floor not on, I love birds chicken and have gone to a few locations, this was the worst one yet

Their food has consistently gone down in quality over the last few months.
I live in Mchenry where Byrd’s chicken is one of the handful of halal options available for delivery. I have ordered from them quite a bit in the last few months. The last 2,3 times I ordered, the chicken came over fried and bitter, the bread felt like it had been sitting in the fridge for days and warmed up for my order. The $6.99 fries were soggy, stale and only a handful.
I am so done with your food.

Very expensive and most definitely not worth it !

Our food was ok, quality overtime has gone down. Service was horrible, girl running the front counter was not friendly at all.
