We received a giftcard so we thought we would try. The kids menu was good and value. We tried the shared fajitas very filling! Great service! We tried it again this evening same great fast service very attentive servers both times. This time we tried the smash burgers also very good. Kids happy second time also. It hard to find a place we all enjoy with the kids so this place is a keeper!

Hair in Drink, Server Tried to Return the SAME Dirty Glass. Ruined Dinner. ​We came in for dinner on Thursday and had a horrible experience due to basic hygiene .We started with drinks and an appetizer. My margarita came out with a hair stuck underneath the sugar rim—a clear indicator of a preparation issue. I flagged our server and asked nicely for a replacement (I am a server too so I try to be the easiest customer and tip well whenever I go out) ​The server's response was apologetic but instead of bringing a new drink, he returned the exact same glass after a few minutes. I knew because the sugar rim had been wiped clean only in the small spot where the hair had been stuck, while the rest of the rim was wet from condensation and intact. He actively tried to pass off a contaminated drink as new. ​It took the manager (who was making rounds) to finally resolve the drink issue, and she was apologetic. However, after the server's attempt at deception, he barely returned to our table (he came a total of 1 time while we were in the middle of our appetizer). We never got the chance to order dinner because we were completely neglected after that until we finally gave up and left. ​This was a serious hygiene issue followed by an unacceptable act of dishonesty from the staff. Be warned.

The chips were good as always!! Service was not the best today.bTge restaurant was dead due to the hour we were there. Server was doing shift change duties instead of making sure we were ok :(
Ordered online spoke to a lady when the text came through for the receipt. It was incorrect. I called right back spoke to the same lady told her what I did not want and what I did want and when my boyfriend went to pick it up I wasn’t there, it was still incorrect and we got charged more than what we should’ve had the order been correct. Food was delicious per usual just upset with the order being wrong

We had a great experience at Chili’s. The service was outstanding-friendly, quick, and attentive from start to finish. The restaurant was very clean, and we especially noticed how spotless the windows were, which really added to the overall atmosphere. Everything was well-kept and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I went there two days ago for Veterans Day dinner. I was greeted at the door and was asked if I am a Veteran. And upon confirmation, I was given the Veterans day Menu. I placed the order from the Veterans Day menu and guess what, I was charged full amount on the kiosk payment machine. I brought it up to the lady who looked like a manger to me. Although she removed the food charges, but no apology from her or the server. I felt like I was being judged based on my ethnicity.
