My family and I recently visited Chili's and had a wonderful experience. Our server was Deacan and he was absolutely amazing, stayed on top of our table the entire time our food came out quickly and everything was delicious. The restaurant was very clean and all the staff were super friendly. We will definitely be back!

When you order two molten lava cake and through door dash and they tried to blame door dash for this. I am sorry they weren’t the one packing food.

Terrible management and staff. We had a reasonable request on a dish, and were told it was impossible. It seams all their vegtables and dishes are all pre packaged, and/or frozen. Nothing there is fresh, as youd hope. Its jjst ripped option portions reheated. Because everything is pre packaged they refused to make our fajitass withoit onions, due to an allergy. The reason being, there was nobody avaialbe to cut and prepare bell peppers and vegatables. I cant even fathom, how a restaurant with full kitchen staff cant cut steips of vegetables they have in inve tory used in many dishes already. They cant cook things, cut vegetsbles or prepare fresh food at all. They can NOT accomodate any sensitive allergy issues or diety needs. So if your looking for pre packaged and frozen fast food, and an unprofessional manager, this is your ideal destination. Otherwise, they have lost a long term familiy'sbusines with the rude and redicuouls treatment tonight. Telling everyone to avoid this place and will difinately make a youtube video about it.

From the moment I walked into the Chili's in Algonquin, I was struck by how immaculately clean and well-organized everything was. What truly sets this place apart, though, is its efficiency. Orders are taken promptly, the food arrives quickly without sacrificing quality, and the staff works like a well-oiled machine. You can tell there’s a strong system in place—and it starts from the top.
The manager, Lisa Carren, is nothing short of phenomenal. Calm, composed, and completely in control, she has a clear presence without ever seeming overbearing. You can tell the team respects and trusts her leadership. Whether she's assisting on the floor, checking in with guests, or coordinating behind the scenes, everything runs with precision and professionalism.
I’ll definitely be returning—not just for the food, but for the experience of a restaurant that clearly takes pride in doing things right.
