Ordered a burrito bowl for pickup through uber eats and paid $5 extra for double chicken. When I got home, the bowl looked small, so I weighed the “double” portion of chicken. Surprise surprise, it was only 4.55 oz. Pathetic. I requested a refund from Uber.

I try to put my best foot forward when going places, but this location is unfortunately not my favorite. I in fact go out of my way to not go to this location. Staff is not friendly and the cleanliness is very low. I’ve given it many chances and have been let down each time, very sorry.

Placed order through Door Dash - order was incomplete, but missing item was clearly listed on receipt attached to their bag and the bag was sealed with a Chipotle sticker, so very clearly not the fault of Door Dash delivery person. Tried calling the restaurant to speak to a manager, but their automated system would not connect me to a manager since the order was placed through Door Dash. Remarkably poor service and lack of concern. Order online at your own risk apparently is their motto.

The food was bad, I thought I would give this place another chance but its not worth it, Dos Bros on Algonquin road is a wayyy better alternative in my opinion I stopped going to chipotle after they opened, the drive is so worth it. Never coming to chipotle again.
Terrible. Ordered 2 bowls online and got there about 5 mins before my pick up time. Waited until about 5 mins after pick up time with no food and asked. At this point people have come in through line and left. Ask again after waiting 15 mins and still no food and they said “we’re going to start making it now”. Didn’t get food until 30 mins after pick up time and 20+ people have arrived, ordered food, and left.

I was attacked and threatened by the “boss lady” when I was just trying to put a smile on someones face that could NO harm to anyone EVER! I was disgusted when “boss lady” tried to kick me out. I didnt argue with her or nothing, I was just trying to eat chipotle in peace.

Can't beat Chipotle for quick and consistent flavor.
Knocked down the service score because online orders are not easy to get. This location removed the quick pick-up so you are stuck having to catch one of the very busy staff members and inquire about your order. The staff is doing their best but the system is broken.
Update. Quick pick-up is back but most of the time you have to ask for your order when someone has time.
