Ordered two blizzards and when we got home and tried them they tasted very off. It was something in the ice cream and not the toppings itself, tasted like oil or something. Very off, we ended up not eating them because we weren't sure exactly why it tasted weird and didn't want to take the chance.

We love going to this location. It’s the only one in the area (Cary & Crystal lake) that has the scanner to earn points and use digital coupons. Bonus is we love they have a drive thru.

Understandably this location is always busy, however, overall customer service is lacking & employees are not very friendly. Two weeks in a row going thru drive-thru & order has been wrong. Your order does not get repeated back when placed, not when paying and not when handed to you, as well as no receipt. Not only is this wasting product, but it also holds up the line for others.
for some reason I cannot respond to the AUTOMATED response I got from the DQ Public Relations team - it's apparent that they have no plans to train their employees on proper Customer Service protocol - DAIRY QUEEN JUST LOST MY BUSINESS!
