Understandably this location is always busy, however, overall customer service is lacking & employees are not very friendly. Two weeks in a row going thru drive-thru & order has been wrong. Your order does not get repeated back when placed, not when paying and not when handed to you, as well as no receipt. Not only is this wasting product, but it also holds up the line for others.
for some reason I cannot respond to the AUTOMATED response I got from the DQ Public Relations team - it's apparent that they have no plans to train their employees on proper Customer Service protocol - DAIRY QUEEN JUST LOST MY BUSINESS!

10:45pm, the blue haired employee slammed my blizzard down and slammed the window closed as if it was 10:59pm. And I didn't get my blizzard flipped over for quality check ?

I showed up around 10:08p I asked for pretzel sticks and cheese they said they couldny make it they close soon you guys don't close for another almost 47 min it shouldn't take long to make and so I got a mini blizzard and they put a lid on it and ice cream was pouring out of the sides all over the place it was a mess!!
Parking: Went during off-peak hours. Maybe it is difficult to find parking during peak hours, street parking aswell

RUDE managers. I called to complain about a girl manager because of how POORLY she treated me and my family and then when I was talking to Matt (the other manager) he essentially backed up his other manager by saying they are all ALLOWED to be rude to customers because they're all stressed out and customers are rude to them... We were never rude to begin with, they just didn't understand our order so they got all sassy with us.. I don't know about you, but this is sad to see how down hill this DQ has been doing...They charge you more and fill your ice cream with less and then treat you like garbage when you want the problem fixed. Such a shame.
