I was at the restaurant just chilling using touch tunes (which is available to everyone) I had put music and after a while the manager claims to "not to skip my music". I asked to refund my money back then she said "go play your music somewhere else" unreal. If you are a Hispanic don't go here, you are not welcome.

I love this place. I always get the same thing; bowl of French onion soup and a side salad. It’s always wonderful. The side salad today was super fresh and included fresh onions and mushrooms.
The soup was excellent very hot and fresh. I wish that it had 2-3 more pieces of bread and some more onions but was very good. They use special French onion soup bowls and the cheese and broth they use is perfect.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s very accessible, no stairs without a ramp.

Use cheap big brick of class B mozzarella. Why not spend a buck and buy some class A mozzarella made with cows that are actually grazed in the field fed real green grass not pesticide nitrogen herbicide GMO infused grain in their Stainless pen cells. it’s all in the pie cheese and didn’t like my greasy pie for $27.

We like to try places...we've seen Donkey Inn and finally had a chance to dine in....instead of getting our app out..our server was over in the slot machine area...there was only 1 other table beside us...not hard to make a great impression...but server fell short...we won't be back:((

Our first visit to the Algonquin location was great so we went for a second time. After 20 minutes and no attention from a server the bartender came over and asked for our drink order. Another 20 minutes and our server came over. Three of us in our group. Nothing complicated. After 5 minutes the server came back to confirm our order. Food finally came out. We never got our appetizer and one of our meals was completely wrong. Didn't bother to try to get the correct food since it took so long to even get any attention in the first place. Management really needs to step it up here. Very disappointed because we wanted to really like the place. We won't be going back.

Loved the pizza! Nothing like Illinois Pizza! So good! The huge pretzels and dipping sauce are really good.
Food was cold, macaroni and cheese was flavorless and looked like boxed. Sent the meatloaf back and came back colder than the first time cooks obviously do not care

3 out of 4 meals were ok. I personally wouldn't recommend the meatloaf meal. It tastes like something you'd get in a nursing home and it was Luke warm. I don't trust sending food back or I would have. The pop tasted bad too. I think the filters need cleaned. Then I got the bill and the pops are $4.00! That's insane. They used to serve good breakfast food years ago. Honestly they should have kept it.

I was there Saturday and the bartender was a super lady to deal with she pick out my lunch a hamburger with a egg on it I LOVE IT so the next day went back the day and the waitress pick out a chicken sandwich super good Hopefully going back draft night and watch the Bears pick out someone good to lead us to a super bowl PS I HOPE GET THERE NAMES THIS TIME BECAUSE THEY WERE BOTH PEOOLE TO DEAL WITH Thanks again Billy
