The selection of donuts was minimal, but even more minimal than the selection was the manners of the employees. Very disappointing, all of you were old enough and should know better. If you don’t, you are not in the wrong business.
The kids said the donuts were fine. Good luck in the future. Based upon the reviews before mine, you haven’t read these reviews…you should.

The owner was awesome. Ordered a new valentine donuts and he gave me the other flavor to try also since I was undecided which one I wanted. The lady at the window was also friendly. Very fast service also. 👍👍

From the countless times I’ve gone here every single time it gets worse. Today was the last straw. I had ordered my usual avocado toast and iced vanilla latte. The latte wasn’t the best, but that wasn’t my biggest issue. This location doesn’t seem to understand the meaning of toast as they never actually give me toasted bread. Instead I am always left disappointed with soggy cold bread and avocado spread to top it off. Today I opened my box to find the same soggy toast, but with a little surprise. On the inside of the box there was baked, crusted on cheese which doesn’t even come on the avocado toast, so I am now led to believe that I was given my avocado toast in a used dirty box. Judging by the other reviews I would say it’s best to just go to another location.

i went through drive thru and my mom specifically asked for no ice and they barley put any consetrate in and yelling at us because we got no ice they need new management asap never go there again. very rude people

Totally unreasonable customer service. I accidentally ordered a box of hot chocolate instead of a box of coffee. I was ordering on the screen which saves them tens of thousands of dollars every year. I told them my mistake when I picked up my order. But unfortunately, they were unwilling to accommodate me or at least work out some amicable solution for my mistake. Customer service is dying. Any decent business owner would at least give me a discount on a box of coffee, but these people just wanted me to understand how tragic it would be for them to lose a gallon of milk. Well, I hope you understand how tragic it is for you to lose a customer. I hope it was worth it.

Hi I was at this location around 7:50am on Saturday August 10th. I asked for two chocolate covered French crullers back at the drive-through speaker. When I pulled forward, I was given to regular crullers. They probably thought I knew they don’t sell chocolate covered ones but take this as a lesson to not assume everyone has been to that location because there are other locations that do sell them chocolate covered. I also did not appreciate how I was being told what I said at the drive-through speaker. I don’t believe customers are always right, but I do you know what I said and I don’t appreciate being corrected. If I am being respectful and asking for them to correct the order as I was I expect you to kindly take care of it without feeling the need to correct me even if you think you are right in the situation.

Just go somewhere else.

I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt 4 or 5 times, all with ridiculous wait times. This time I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before getting to the store because I know how slow they are here. That order was a single coffee.

I get to the speaker, no other cars, they tell me to pull around. I sit there for 7 or 8 minutes with no one in sight….then I look in the window and notice the order sitting there the entire time was mine (I could see the receipt with my name on it.)

Another 2-3 minutes go by, still no one in sight. I finally pulled around and went inside and found the employees standing there talking. Doing absolutely nothing. The woman behind the counter was kind enough to tell me to “hold on” aggressively while they finished their conversation.

Spare yourself the frustration and ridiculous wait times and go to one of the 5 other Dunkin locations with in 5 minutes.

Wow Dunkin’. Over 3000 points to use. Not only did you not apply my points to the order but the store still charged me & argued with me on how it couldn’t apply my points & maybe next time. PLUS day old donuts for my kid’s birthday breakfast. Thanks!

A cashier at drive through lies to me and he wants to scan it again i mentioned that i missed a couple points at 1st scan transaction I'm allowed to have a free hush brown she said no then i checked again i missed my points without a free item.and all of that because of the couple cars waiting in line.

The manager of this location would be well served to hire enough personnel to ensure that none are having to work 6 or 7 (10 hour days) a week. I like your store and hate to see good people leave.
