This is the worst Dunkin in the area! Avoid at all costs! I was the only car in the drive thru yesterday morning around 7:30 am. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and the turkey sausage with egg on English muffin sandwich. There were multiple workers inside and the girl at the register acted like she couldn’t be bothered. My problem is they gave me a drink that was all ice! It wasn’t even filled all the way and I couldn’t put my straw in it. Then my sandwich had 2 different pieces of bread. The top portion was some sort of flatbread. Dunkin’s app has been down for 24 hours and nobody has reached out to me. Total waste of $13!

Absolutely awful service. No one in drive thru. No one in store. Took 10 minutes for drive through to answer. Waited another 5 minutes before they acknowledged my online order. Was then told they didnt have any elements of my order(coffee, bacon egg bagel). Absolutely hilarious the lack of professionalism. At least 2 employees working. Hopefully i get my refund, but I expect I wont. Corporate dunkin did not care at all when I explained my experience and I was told I would need to get a refund(for order they didnt have) through the franchisee.

I have no clue who it is but the older woman that works drive thru does not speak, she rushes orders and puts her hand out with ur food before you drive up to the window

I don’t write reviews because it feels annoying, but I am honestly quite irritated with what is apparently a policy.
I ordered something via the mobile app, got to the drive thru to pick it up, and was told they were out of it. Fine, no big deal, they can’t control that and I can just get a refund. Or apparently not, because “I ordered through the app”. Whatever that means? So I’m given two options: they make me something I didn’t even want to replace what I did want, or I’m out my $. Make it make sense. I’m sure you can easily just offer someone a gift card for credit when this happens, people!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Just went there at 4:30 pm and no one answered at the speaker, we then pulled up to the window to try and see if someone was there and the place was deserted with no inclination they were closing early.

I came in for a French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar and I had to explain it three times and a order of hash browns. Iced coffee had no sugar in it so I had to add some and the hash browns were a soggy mess with three of them stuck together in a wet ball like they've been sitting under a gas station heat lamp for 6 hours. I ate one and a half and then threw the rest of it away.

Alright guys so this is pretty good they made my large mocha signature latte just how it looked in the picture, the lady seemed busy so I didn't take offense at the unusually quick service with a few words but it was good anyways. Donut was kinda dry and old as usual but that's standard for dunkin. 5/5.

Rude, lazy lady says “wow, the front door is over there” when I parked 15 feet away waiting for my drink from the drive thru. Apparently she doesn’t know that if parking spots are taken you can’t park there and might have to park a little further away
