Ordered two servings got only one. Was first in line, got the order the last. Music is too loud. It’s also just too hot because seats are right under the sun. Will never come back again

The staff was FANTASTIC. So helpful and kind. What I assume to be the manager, I think her name was Parul, awful. All she did was yell at her staff while I was there, it really seemed abusive and not ok. They looked fed up. Idk what she’s running back there but the cold brew was watered down, and the snacking bacon was cold and burnt. I feel bad for the staff there, they were so kind.

I wish I didn't have to give a star at all. This review is not intended for ANY of the hardworking staff members but for the new and not so improved MANAGER, Bural.I have been going to this Dunkin since it opened and never had a problem. The younger staff members were always very nice and accommodating. Now there is a new manager and half of the staff is gone. Apparently her name is Bural and she is arrogant, money hungry and straight up RUDE! She argues with the customer and has a comment for everything The coffee is watered down and bitter since she started and she loves to upcharge "regulars" like crazy. Also, the wait times since she has started are insane! At 2:45 i shouldnt havw to wait 15 min for 1 drink- unacceptable. She has a horrible attitude and is making this Dunkin a nasty environment. She treats her employees horribly and is disrespectful to them even infront of customers. Just a word of advice, happy employees, happy customers, happy business... you make people want to drive the extra 2 miles to avoid this place. Please make some change asap you are burying this place.

Every time i go here it's always a huge hassle to get my order. I ordered a frozen chocolate (supposed to have chocolate with fudge drizzle and whipped cream) and got a frozen coffee. (no whipped cream or any type of drizzle and not the same color at all) since i can't drink coffee i told the person at the window that i need what i ordered and even showed the picture of the item on the website and they came back with the same drink with whipped cream and a Carmel drizzle. I showed them again and told them that isn't what i ordered and then i finally got what i ordered. Not only that but there's always a huge wait even when no one else is in the drive through. Also they are always out of more than half the menu and when you get your order 8 times out of 10 it's either burnt,cold,or has a topping or something you didn't ask for.

My order took over 20 minutes. The staff were very unprofessional not just in their appearance but language, throwing food around and swearing constantly. If I knew I was going to sit for 20 something minutes I would have taken my business elsewhere. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other location, and will not be giving further business to this one.

I had to write this review because I have been to this location many times hoping that the service and food would improve, but it just has not. My last visit this morning was by far the worst. I ordered 12 donuts, 2 ice coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The lady was really nice and helped me pick out the donuts right away. After that I waited for my coffees, only received 1 ice coffee and had to ask for my 2nd. At this point it looked like the owner or owners son left (8:30ish AM). You could tell the employees attitudes changed immediately. I watched one employee take 10 minutes to make my two sandwiches. You could tell the employee was very frustrated slamming the oven doors and shaking his head over and over. I watched as another employee walked over to the drive-through employee complaining that she worked 46 hours last week and did not receive any overtime. At this point, 25 minutes in, I received all my food and left. As I left an employee proceeded to lock the front door, my guess is to help eliminate the customers coming in since the drive-thru was so packed and the employees seemed overwhelmed. I watched as another paying customer was rejected at the locked front door. I wish this Dunkin' would get better because it is the closest one to my house! Please have the owner follow up.

Stopped in for a dozen donuts the morning after Thanksgiving. No other customers in the store. Staff was unwelcoming and disinterested. Suggest mandatory customer service training.

Went in this morning and waited at the front for the girl with her back to me to notice I was there. I said good morning trying to get her attention and still no response. She sat there eating and texting while I stood there. Service was a zero.
