I've been waiting to hear back from Dunkin' Corporate since I complained in late March. Simply asked why the counter person would drop my iced donut upside down in the bag. I remarked that there must be a manual somewhere that instructs someone to place the donut with the topping Up as if you were ordering a pizza. Cody, the manager, got in my face and told me that I can't talk to his employees that way, to get out and never return. So, here I am, just shy of 70 years old and feeling like a Thug! I finally got thrown out of some place. A younger me would have thought it'd be a bar or strip club, but no... it's Dunkin' in a gas station in Algonquin. Now, when I crave a donut between naps and doctor's appointments, I'll go elsewhere. Just curious if my lifetime ban is just for Algonquin? Or am I banned nationally? Just call me T Dawg

Was told to use the monitor to order no biggie but the $6 Dunkin meal doesnāt work on the tablet or even scanning the app . Was charged almost $10 for a $6 meal , tried to explain to the fella at the counter but he didnāt understand

I went today and this was by far the best experience Iāve had at a Dunkin! The gentlemen working was very kind and worked quickly. He made the best oat milk shaken espresso Iāve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink). Highly recommend.

Ordered 10 minutes ahead, waited another 10 minutes inside for a bagel and hashbrowns, there was only one person at the drive through
I went here, and they didn't even have a single donut. What a clown show joke. Why even be open? Didn't this used to be a donut shop? Dunkin is pure garbage, and this location is a joke they don't even have anything to sell you besides terrible coffee.

Four cars were in the drive-up, so we went inside to get the Halloween Munchkins Bucket on Sunday. Two people were in line. Only one young girl (Gracie) was working, but she was efficiently going back and forth between waiting on the drive-thru and the inside customers with a great attitude, no less. She apologized and said getting our bucket might take a few minutes because she was the only one working. We had no problem waiting and understood her situation. But we got the bucket quickly because she was very organized. She deserves a raise or bonus for doing that all on her own. Where was the manager? Poor girl should not have had to manage that all on her own.
Place an order on the app in the parking lot and by the time I got to the window my order was ready. Great turnaround time.
