I visited First Watch in Algonquin and ordered the Elevated Egg Sandwich, which was delicious and perfectly sized. I really appreciated that the portion felt balanced—just enough to satisfy without overdoing it. The potatoes were golden, seasoned beautifully, and honestly, I could’ve eaten a whole plate of them alone.
Despite being busy, we were seated surprisingly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside was the noise level—it was pretty loud, and it was hard to hear the waitress or even the people I was with at times. Still, the food and service made it worth it, and I’d definitely come back for another breakfast that tastes as good as it feels.

First time for me. Very good service and food. I love the coffee service pot to the table. Waitress and atmosphere was great. Not my usual breakfast like the toast and such but I try everything at least once. I am on chemo therapy and the eggs were the only thing I tasted but I still ate all. I hope to come back soon to taste all the food. I went to eat with my nephew who was here for a visit from tennessee. He had eaten there.

The highlights of our breakfast were the coffee (your own pot on your table), the potatoes, the greens, and the million $ bacon (good, but not amazing). Over easy eggs were cooked perfectly . Portions were perfect which hopefully helps them keep their prices reasonable.
