Iron Horse Bar & Grill

Service was horrible. Place was not busy and food took a long time to come out. Was told only 1 server and 1 cook on a Saturday night. Understand some places lack staff but server was not too friendly. Asked for water 3-4 times. Got defensive when asking question and stated short staff vs answering question. Pizza crust was hard and told it is suppose to be but was extra hard in my opinion. Long time passed and told me they were out of spinach for my pizza and if it’s okay, did not feel like delaying everyone else so just accepted it. Would have appreciated knowing right away this information. Food specials on website not accurate, stated $10.99 Rueben’s and a rib special and none on menu. Talked with manager to comp something and would not budge.

Food was very good! Clean oil for the fries and tots, very refreshing to have nice crispy sides that are clean. Delicious!

Horrible website with inaccurate pricing. Pointed it out and the manager would not assist at all!! Horrible way of doing business!! Not everyone checks social media for pricing it’s typically websites that are checked!!

The server was beyond rude and was reeking of pot. The toilet paper is half ply garbage that turns into slurry when it contacts the liquid diarrhea the food will instantly give you. If you can even call this food.

I still can't walk normally or leave the toilet for more than 2 hours.

Had a horrific experience with one of the female bartenders here. Iron Horse not only employs rude people, but is a breeding ground for antisemitism and hate.

The bartender in question was not only rude to myself but two of my friends. After asking her if an old customer still comes in (his wife used to be the manager), we were met with a nasty attitude and a bombardment of questions. When confronted on her harsh reaction, she claimed that she's on the spectrum.

Later on that night, I heard her remark to another customer that I looked Jewish and that my people are "thieving war criminals" and "shifty-eyed heebs". Never in my life have I felt so unwelcome, especially at an establishment that I hold near and dear to my heart. In tears, I left and went home to my wife and our three wonderful children Ezekiah, Jabekial and Yuno-Miles.

I myself am on the autism spectrum, but never in my life have I used that as an excuse to spread hate and bigotry. It saddens me that a once great community bar has sunk to such a level.

Iron Horse, I call upon you in this dark hour to take the higher path and remove these insidious people from your establishment.
It takes a lifetime to defeat hatred but all it takes is one bar to defeat a hater.

Lunch time on Sunday, pretty quiet so got immediate service sitting at the bar. Burger was excellent and on a special, so good value too, plus fries were great. Good classic rock tunes, lots of screens as well.

Horrible bartenders this place lost its touch

This is my 3rd time here and never had a disappointment ever. Today the food was amazing and on point hands up to YAYA! I had the Buffalo chicken with salad with coleslaw and my hubby had the fish fry and that was delicious. Ashley & Jewel are totally awesome and great bar tenders so worth coming here for excellent service and food. I give the place 10+

First time ordering take out Pizza here. Ordered their "Iron Horse" Special Pizza. . Sounded great.....was not!!.
Actually the worst pizza I have ever had in the 25 years of living in the area. Loads of balls of meat, very unflavorable. Very little red sauce and cheese. Went to garbage after one taste!!!

Every time I go to Iron Horse I am amazed at the consistency there. The service is spectacular, with lively staff and a killer atmosphere all around, but the best part is the food and drinks. The tacos are incredible and more authentic than a lot of other spots. Definitely will be coming in more often!!! Thank you so much Ashley and Ana for the great time!
