This is feedback specifically for the Franchise Owner of this location: As you know, I placed a large catering order for an event in the beginning of May, 2024, that totaled about $1200. The first and smallest part of the order arrived on time but the remaining sandwiches arrived hours beyond the confirmed time and all of the guests had left, to get food elsewhere.
I understand life happens, things can get delayed beyond our control, etc. However what is most disappointing is that you were aware and did/have done nothing since from a customer service experience standpoint.
At the time your store manager was very apologetic and helpful in getting in touch with you about the issue. She let me know through text, multiple times, that you were aware and had reimbursed a large portion of the total, saying that it could take a few days for the transaction to process. I know this can be true and I was encouraged to hear this. However as of today, nothing has been reimbursed and no contact at all has been made from you.
I've reached out to JJ corporate, who has been responsive and and shared that they reached out to you multiple times. But nothing has happened. No response from you, no action at all.
As someone who has been in customer service/hospitality for years, the smallest gestures can go a long way in providing a silver lining to a negative experience. I have waited this long to post a review, giving the benefit of the doubt and opportunity to make it right. I am disappointed in how you've handled this and won't be ordering again.

This JJ is always closed. 4:30pm on a weekday? CLOSED! This has happened a few times. Maybe they can’t retain staff? It’s a mystery how this place is still open for business.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery. 35 minutes later nothing. Call to speak with someone about order. They tell me the 1 driver is out with 5 orders. Doesn't know when. The only reason I got a refund is I'm from out of state. Pretty sure saying your freaky fast and taking longer than any average restaurant is false advertising. The manager se helped me quick but I still have to wait up to 72 hours to get my refund. Freaky slow.

I came into the store and right away the workers greeted me and were ready to take my order. I had a huge order for my family as it was around dinner time and they started to make the sandwiches as soon as I started listing the sandwiches. All round our food was amazing as always but the store was very clean.
Was skeptical to come to this Jimmy John's due to the low reviews but it was the closest one on my way home from work. Don't really know why they have such a low review when their service was amazing and the food was immaculate so I thought to leave them a good review to boost their rating! ?

Ordered 3 sandwiches and asked them to be cut in half. Which they never were. They never sent straws with the drinks and forgot a bag of chips. Mistakes seem to happen often with this store , they have multiple times for me. Definitely will not order from there again and suggest the same for

Pleasure of dining at Jimmy and John's restaurant and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, ranging from classic comfort food to innovative and unique dishes. The quality of the food was outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The presentation was also impressive, as each plate was beautifully plated and visually appealing. The service was impeccable, with the waitstaff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. To top it all off, the prices were reasonable and fair for the quality of food and service provided.
