Came to buy a large chicken meal. Staff was trying to talk me out of ordering saying it would take at least 25 min to have the chicken. Decided to wait which outwardly irritated the staff. Saw at least 6 people go through the drive thru then sped away abruptly. Obvious they were disencouraged as well. All that business opportunity down the drain. If I owned this business I would be not be happy to hear that taking peoples money was pretty much discouraged because staff didn't want to make the chicken. This was not even the first time this happened. Wasn't even that late in the evening. Won't be surprised if this location goes out of business. Poor management would definitely be the cause. Ain't their money mindset! Sad.

It’s nice to have coupons, but when the chicken has been sitting there for a long time and it’s ice cold and rubbery… not so good. I called and the manager was kinda rude. The girl at the window was very nice.

I went there at 8:37 PM and they told me that they were out of chicken breasts for original and regular and if I wanted to wait, they have to clean the fryer and it’s gonna be near an hour to get chicken.

I almost never write reviews but kfc needs to work on quality asap. $65 down the drain cause the food went in the trash, it was THAT BAD :( My big crunch was so soaked in grease the chicken was bright yellow, I couldn't even get through it, tasted like pure oil, the tenders were as small as a chicken nugget and the chicken? Yuckkk. I only get kfc once in a while but it seems like the quality goes down everytime, todays quality was SO bad I dont think ill ever go back. Only good thing about the visit was the friendly cashier and the frys.

Ordered tenders, tasted like really old rancid oil that they were fried in. I've had this happen before but thought maybe it was a "one off" and still kept coming here. Could not taste the chicken, any seasoning, even the Nashville hot seasoning could not save it. Threw most of it away and hoping my stomach does not get queasy. I think this is the end of the line for KFC for me. Just a matter of time before this last one in the area closes, does not help that there is a bustling Chick Fil A next door!

When did this place get so expensive??
I rarely come to a kfc just because I’m rarely passing by one. Today I decided to come here and get two of the chicken little sandwiches. Two small mash and gravy. And a drink….. it was $18 bucks?? That’s for the small chicken sandwich.. and the funniest part. They didn’t even have food ready there was a wait on the tenders for the sandwiches.
I’m afraid the next time I visit a kfc what the prices will be then LOL

We have been going here for years with middling luck in finding decent food. We got some fried chicken here for Thanksgiving and my family did not enjoy it. It was a really depressing experience. The chicken was dry and seemingly old. It's supposed to be juicy and crispy and it wasn't like that at all. There needs to be more breading on the chicken as well.
Buying food shouldn't be like a gamble at the casino. This is not even cheap food, it's expensive, and they still have the audacity to serve trash. This is also an unfortunate condition of all fast food restaurants these days; when I get a craving for fried chicken, there aren't any places that I would trust to serve consistently good food and it shouldn't be this way. I would not recommend this KFC until they start to manage their workers well and cook their food properly.
We had told them years ago that they need to step up their act and it looks like they continue to make bad chicken. If KFC restaurants go out of business, it will be because they deserve it.

Service is TERRIBLE. When you go through the drive up and order a 16-piece meal and state that you do not want any wings when you state that you will pay for not getting any wings in your meal, when paying for it you emphasize again that you don't want any wings, and when you get home only to find wings hidden on the very bottom.
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I SAW HOW EMPTY THE PARKING LOT WAS, I WONDER IF IT'S THE LAZY OR DOWNRIGHT RUDE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.
Hey! They forgot to give me the CEO's email address so I'll leave my feedback here instead. I simply stated "You guys should bring back those chicken wraps," in reference to these chicken wraps they had on the menu for only a short time that I would like to see return. It was truly meant as a friendly suggestion as I handed the employee my card to purchase other food. She gave me a dirty look and replied in a sarcastic tone, "um, why don't you email the CEO or something?" It was so rude and random I was taken aback. But yes, I would love to let him or her know about my experience with the consistently poor customer service here. Please pass along this review!
