Stopped in today with my little one and we really enjoyed our visit. We tried several items from their menu and everything was so tasty! We look forward to coming back for more fun!

We just celebrated my daughter's birthday at Kid’s World & Cafe and it was the most beautiful party ever!! Cristi and her team exceeded our expectations and made our custom decorations the most amazing celebration! It was so so special for all of us! I can't wait to take my kids back!!

We absolutely love this place. I and my friends really like to go there is very clean and organized. Our kids had a blast and love to visit for play and eat in Kids World & Cafe. Staff and owner is very nice and friendly with everyone. We’ll definitely be back it’s our favorite playground for playdates, parties, rainy, very hot day fun!

My family highly recommend this playground for kids and adults. We are celebrating a lot of events here and every time is perfect. The owner and her team pay attention to details and ensure that everyone has a lovely time. Food is excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful, atmosphere is perfect. We are coming back for sure! On Wednesdays they open at 9.30. I waited by the door with my two toddlers for the place to open along with other moms with their kids.The kids were very anxious to go in and play . they could see all the toys inside ..we waited for 15 minutes and it felt like an hour… people wirh toddlers know what I mean..The owner arrived at 9.45 and didn’t apologize for being late.We weren’ t offer any discount or anything for the inconvienience … on top of this they charge 4% if you pay with credit cards and don’ t tell you about it! They took out the sign after I had already paid.Don’ t recommend this place.

Was super disappointed to see when we arrived it was closed. The website says open until 5pm, we arrived at 3pm on a Wednesday & it says closed. Not sure why it's closed early, but would've appreciated an update on the website that they closed early so we didn't drive all the way here for no reason. Hopefully next time they are open like the hours reflect online because we were excited to give this place a try.

UPDATE: after seeing the owner’s response to my review, I was a bit offended and displeased with the lack of accountability and decided to give her a call. She did a great job of listening to me and understanding where I was coming from, which I appreciate greatly. She apologized and even offered a refund which I declined because I do want to support her business. I may return in the future with new hope that this issue will be addressed. I appreciate your time and consideration, and recommend anyone with issues here to give a call because the tone over text is hard to tell. Thank you again.
We have been maybe 2-4 times to this playplace, and each time have had issues with what I believe is the owner or a worker’s son. While I think it’s wonderful to own a place that you can also let your child play at, letting the child be rude to paying customers is unacceptable. If you are too busy running the place and cannot supervise your own child, you should hire someone to supervise him or leave him at home. Every time we have gone, he refuses to share the toys which is ridiculous as we pay money to be there and use the items. Then today, the 2 bikes, which are obviously popular, got put away in the back which I’m assuming is because the child was not sharing. Rather than take the bikes away from the other paying customers, like my own 3 year old who was devastated, you should purchase more bikes or remove them permanently. I kindly asked the little boy if my son could have a turn when he was done, and the boy replied with “no, this is my bike only”. I asked where his adult was and he ignored me and no one was to be found. My son felt hurt that this boy would not share and said “he is not being nice”. This has happened multiple times where the boy does not want to share, which is normal for toddler age, but NEEDS to be addressed by the owner or worker who is bringing him there. The owner has replied to other reviews saying that how the children act is their parent’s responsibility, which is hypocritical when you don’t watch your own son and let him be rude to other kids. I even heard the worker today telling customers that the kid is “not only mean to other kids, but he’s mean to me as well”. Like if you know the kid is rude, why are you letting him play with other kids unsupervised? That is wild. I hope you are able to supervise your son better or add in more items so that paying customers can use them. I have empathy and grace for the children, because they don’t know better, but as the adults, it’s our job to teach them how to share and be kind, which I do not see happening here. For now, we will not be returning because our visits continuously leave a bad taste in my mouth. It is disappointing because we like the toys and don’t mind buying their food and drinks, but treating my kid poorly and not addressing it is a hard pass for me. I mean this review to be constructive criticism and not a bashing, as we hope you can take this note and improve your business. Thank you.

I highly recommend this playground for open play and kids parties! It is very spacious, clean, has all kinds of toys and reasonable pricing! We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Kid’s World & Cafe and had a blast! This is a family owned business where they will go above and beyond to satisfy every customer! Ina did the most beautiful Frozen themed birthday decor. It was even more than we expected. She and her staff were helping us to set up the table for adults as well as cutting cake etc. They were there every step off the way. All our guests were taken care of and enjoyed the party. We are so pleased and thankful for making our child’s 4th birthday an unforgettable memory!

I’ve been here before with my kids and they love it. However, I’m extremely disappointed that nothing was posted until after 9am about them being closed today. Their website says to check social media and Google for hours, both of which I did at 8:30 am (as it takes about 30 minutes for us to get there) and it was listed as open. Only after arriving, after pecking up my kids and making the drive, did I approach locked doors and an updated Google page saying it was closed today. How annoying to pack up two toddlers and waste an hour round trip of their awake time.
