They are horrible always forget items.they forgot my food that my hard working money earned to order out and they want me to come back clearly I ordered for a reason. Never offered to return my money

Terrible service. The manager tied up a line of cars in the drivethru while trying to figure out a code from an app. Then walked away to make a drink at a different drink station which seemed suspicious as the drink was already made near the drivethru window plus she was very belligerent. Bad attitude and I’m sure she also upset the other staff members that were working who witnessed.

They will substitute your food without letting you know. Its been twice now within the span of 2 weeks that they substituted my strawberry and cream pies with apple pies because they "ran out". No they dont let you know theyre doing it. Their pies are also always cold. They will literally fight with you when you let them know that substitutions are NOT okay. Always check your order from this McDonald's before you leave to ensure its accurate

I ordered 20$ worth of food, my gas browns were soggy and under cooked, the bacon egg and cheese bagel was cold…. The service was trash kid at the window said I had picante sauce in the bag I did not because I didn’t order it. Only gave me 1 sauce for 6 items very disappointed. Not the first time I’ve gone to this location and been very upset. This place needs a new crew because the crew now sucks

It seems that they don't listen what that people order in the drive thru or maybe it's the people prepping the food. Ordered big breakfast with pancakes and all I got was 1 sausage and half a biscuit. I should have checked before I left but like cmon..at least pretend to try.
I dont know how people get fasst good food from their, i get it’s cheaper, easier food but these people cant make edible food if they’re life depended on it ?

Tables all showed signs of having been "washed" they were all dirty like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. Cleaning tools are out and unattended. Atmosphere was nice otherwise, quiet and interesting decor compared to most McDonald's.
It would be nice if when we ordered from the kiosk they would reliably bring either the drinks or at least the cups (this all McDonald's, not just this location)

THEY DIDN'T EVEN ATTEND TO ME, I was in front of their face and they kept talking without seeing me, they could even say something like "we'll get back to you in a moment" but NO, NOTHING, THEY IGNORE ME, The most incredible disrespectful and horrible experience.

i’m not one to leave google reviews but i could not get over the attitude from the ladies behind the counter. i used to work for mcdonald’s and this is completely unacceptable. the customer before us ordered a mcgriddle sandwich at 10:31 and the blonde boy told them they had to order something else. when it was my turn i ordered a cheeseburger and a medium fry and asked if i could buy 3 happy meal toys. the blonde girl with a long pony tail told me no and i asked again to clarify “i can’t just buy an ala cart toy?” she was either new or wasn’t taught. she went to the manager rolling her eyes and flipping her hands and a younger dirty blonde girl who was not the manager came and showed her how to do it. we got 3 of the same toys in which we already had(i should have asked first that was my mistake) so i asked if i could return the toys. the same blonde girlwho took the order went to the manager and the manager then rolled her eyes and went to the back. that’s when i decided to “im just asking a question i don’t know why you’re rolling your eyes at me” the manager came back from the back and asked the girls if i bought them by themselves, in which i did.. and she returned the toys for me. my family and i always stop at this mcdonald’s a handful of times every year for our 5 hour drive to hazelhurst. so this is a frequent visit. we stop here on the way there and the way back. . i just hope the attitude improves. or the staff. last time we came we ordered lunch and it took 30 minutes just to get the food. it may just be time to find another place to go to. i feel bad for leaving this survey but i couldn’t get over the customer service from this location today.
