I’m not sure what’s going on in the morning. Maybe they’re overworked, whatever the case is, they are not getting it right and today is January 2 2026, I’ve decided that I will not be eating McDonald’s ever again! My order was wrong! I ordered a biscuit with Canadian bacon and cheese something simple. But, I got… chicken with sponge like texture on a Mc griddle Whoopty Doo, The only thing they got right was my coffee, but that still isn’t enough, It’s a brand new year, and I need all McDonald’s employees to focus harder. Especially if they want a raise!! Join me people of this earth and start saving your money 💰 or spend it somewhere else. This food might kill you🤔

This is the worst McDonald's or restaurant I've ever been in, in my life. I just came in to get some food and all I can hear is some manager yelling at the workers. The whole time I was there she was yelling at them. I cannot believe anyone would treat a worker like that. And this has happened several times I have been here. I would never let any son of mine ever work at this restaurant.

Complete and utter lack of preparation for the holiday. One of the two employees I saw very rudely informed me after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and having to go inside that they were running out of food and would be closing..I just wanted a coke lol.. i said u might want to let all these people in the drive thru know what is going on as the line was about at the street. She proceeded to say she was not going to be letting all these people know.. the way it was handled was just not ok. McDonald’s needs to put someone with leadership and communication skills in charge as “managers” especially on a holiday.. Simply put. Do better.

One Star - Avoid This Location at All Costs
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald's was so abysmal that I feel obligated to warn others. First, they completely messed up my order. I ordered a simple meal, and they managed to get almost every item wrong. Okay, mistakes happen, right? But when I politely asked them to correct the order, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive.
The cashier acted like I was inconveniencing them by wanting what I actually paid for. Instead of a simple apology and a quick fix, I got eye-rolls and attitude. It took forever to get the correct items, and when I finally did, the fries were cold and the burger was sloppily thrown together. The whole experience was frustrating and left me feeling completely undervalued as a customer. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This place clearly doesn't care about service or getting orders right.

I don't normally eat at McDonald's, but stopped here in-between appointments. So sorry I did. The kiosk were out of order. It took awhile for someone to actually take my order. The hamburger was cold, French fries lukewarm, the ice machine didn't work and got a Dr. Pepper instead of a root beer out of the dispenser. In all I won't be back. I'd rather go hungry.

I placed a mobile order. When I arrived at the restaurant I had to wait atleast 10 minutes to receive my order even though the restaurant was not busy at all. When I got home I found that I get not receive the food that I had ordered and paid for. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe meal and the receipt showed that meal. What I received was just a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, not the deluxe version.

Was here at 11pm. My one sandwich took a very long time. They also made it wrong, I went back to ask for it corrected, they made zero eye contact and didn't say a word to me as they basically threw it out the window.
Went in to use the bathroom. Soap worked but the water didn't. I'm so tired of the motion sensor stuff. So people are using the bathroom and can't actually wash their hands then touch everything..that's disgusting.

As far as McDonald's goes, this was a nice one! The staff cared a lot for the customers and restaurant. The bonus is the play area - great for kids! I would recommend this McDonald's.
