Its a mcdonalds the only reason im leaving a review is because this mcdonald's is always super slow regardless when you go. Every other mcdonalds in the area you're through the line and have your food in 5 minutes or less but this mcdonalds always takes substantially longer for seemingly no reason

We can only get good French fries 3 days a week. The rest of the time they are nasty yellow from being cooked in old grease.

I visited this Bucciferro Family McDonald’s on Saturday, July 19, 2025. It was fine, we just got some drinks and some ice cream it was pretty late. It’s pretty easy and straight forward with the kiosks but I enjoy coming to McDonald’s because of my rewards member points now. Not much interaction with the staff but there was one sweet elderly employee and she was very nice. (Written 7-28-25)

The entire overnight crew needs to be fired.. they close the dinner menu at 2:30-3 in the morning and start serving breakfast KNOWING nobody wants breakfast at 2 in the morning.they get paid for doing absolutely NOTHING and when they don’t close the menu down early good luck getting your food in under 30 minutes. fire the entire crew and start over

The ONLY McDonald’s in the region where they RUIN the oatmeal by making it for you EVERY TIME. I don’t know why I even try anymore. It’s unfortunately the closest one and every time I ask ahead of time, “please DO NOT PREMIX, the fruit is separate right??” And every time they say “yes, it comes in little baggies”. I just wanted oatmeal and now I have nasty over soft fruit and it’s always so full of liquid because they for some reason think this is a “service”. NO ONE ASKED FOR THIS, BE LIKE EVERY OTHER MCDONALD’S AND STOP DOING THIS SHIT. It comes with the fruit and raisins in baggies for the CUSTOMER to make it how they like it! Not for you to add the fruit and raisins so far ahead that it’s literally all mush and disgusting.

Our food was awful I don’t know what they did to our cheeseburger but it looked like someone sat on it. Then the frappe I ordered wasn’t even full and tastes awful. My daughter said it tasted like how a marker smells and then couldn’t get the taste out of her mouth. Why do we continue to let this McDonald’s be such a failure.

Hey OWNER did you know your employees play games and lie about “not having ice cream” to make a shake or that “ice cream machine is out”? Not only you are/will lose customers but you are losing revenue because of unsupervised teenagers!! Refer to drive tru person Tue 3/18 at 10.30pm.

Speaker says to pull forward, window guy yells at me for not telling speaker I have online order. Very rude and lack of customer skills. Orders late at night take forever, they also screw up easy simple orders thru mobile. Also, the mobile app only does BREAKFAST after 11pm???
