This place doesn't do samples. Not sure what frozen yogurt places does this..unless this is somthing new at least.

Hoping they would have rasberry and I would of gotten that they didnt. Took a pick cup and tried thr strawberry since no sample cups and was not feeling the flavor and didnt care for the other flavors. Guess ill be going to QD.

Brought my daughter here after her physical therapy and I can't believe how your employees acted. Making fun of a child for walking in a leg cast!? What's wrong with you people!?!? Also let them know a woman with a bit of lip hair is not a man! Also, can your employees leave their own views at home, it doesn't matter who I voted for!

I've been a regular at Menchie's for over a year now, and this review is long overdue. There are several recurring issues that need to be addressed—starting with the fruit. I love strawberries in my froyo, but more often than not, they're mushy, old, or borderline spoiled. I find myself picking through to find ones that are actually edible.

Next, the attitude of the staff is consistently unpleasant. From the moment you walk in, you're met with judgmental stares and cold energy. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and always tip generously—usually over 20%—but I refuse to tip here because of how poorly customers are treated.

One particularly frustrating experience was when my friend and I came in 30 minutes before closing. We were greeted with dirty looks for simply walking through the door. We got our froyo quickly and as we left, the staff locked the door behind us—even though there were still two customers trying to enter. They were turned away and told the store was closed, well before the actual closing time. Froyo is a fast process—there’s no reason for such hostility or for turning customers away so early. I understand wanting to leave on time, but closing 30 minutes early is unacceptable.

Today was the final straw. Google said they were open, but when I arrived—with 20 minutes left until closing—the lights were off and the doors were locked. This isn’t just lazy; it’s completely unprofessional.

The store itself is not taken care of. A few times toppings are low or completely empty, and instead of restocking, the staff just stand around talking. It’s clear they don’t take pride in their work or care about the customer experience.

I love the froyo, but the service is consistently terrible. The staff need serious retraining—or replacing—because right now, they’re driving loyal customers away.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

ENFORCE WEARING HAIRNETS !!! Cmon menchies i thought you guys were better than this. I always come to this location cos it’s convenient and i’ve never had a problem. I went in this weekend and got what i normally get, the girl handed me my spoon and i started walking out. Still walking to my car, i pick up the spoon and see that there’s hair on it. I immediately remember that none of the 4 girls that were behind the counter had hairnets on. If there’s hair on my spoon/ in spoon containers, how am i supposed to know there isn’t hair in the food/topping containers? Didn’t even eat the bowl I paid $8 for. I’d say either buy WRAPPED silverware, or wear hairnets and check that all your containers are actually clean.

Great place to take the kids for a treat. I love that this place is self-serve as it allows everyone to get exactly what you want, although the price can creep up if your eyes are bigger than your stomach. Lots of topping options and many flavors to choose from. One of my favorite toppings is the Reece's Peanut Butter Sauce... so good! We will continue to come here for treats in the future!

A great place for a special treat! Lots of flavors of frozen yogurt and the flavors change on a regular basis so there is always something new to try. There are tons of topping options for all tastes. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean. They also sell frozen yogurt cakes and prepacked quarts.

No sample cups don’t waste your time

It is just OK. A bit overpriced for what it is.
They not not allow you sample anything, so you may buy overpriced frozen yogurt and discover you despise the flavor. I could stay there for very long because their freeze is so extremely loud! It's hard to have a conversation. Really don't think I will be back.

Great flavor selection and great toppings! The only reason I'm writing this review is because upon checkout, I was prompted to leave a tip.... AT A SELF-SERVE frozen yogurt place.... The best example of how tipping culture has gotten out of control. Just pay your employees.

Soon as we walked out they locked the doors. Website and google says they were open for another hour. Literally 20 more people came within that 20 minutes of eating our yogurt outside watching them trying to get in.

Great place where you can fill your own cup or cone with whatever kind of frozen yogurt they have available. You can mix flavors and the topping choices are amazing. There is usually at least one dairy free and sugar free options too. The staff are always super nice and friendly.
