No sample cups don’t waste your time

It is just OK. A bit overpriced for what it is.
They not not allow you sample anything, so you may buy overpriced frozen yogurt and discover you despise the flavor. I could stay there for very long because their freeze is so extremely loud! It's hard to have a conversation. Really don't think I will be back.

Great flavor selection and great toppings! The only reason I'm writing this review is because upon checkout, I was prompted to leave a tip.... AT A SELF-SERVE frozen yogurt place.... The best example of how tipping culture has gotten out of control. Just pay your employees.

Soon as we walked out they locked the doors. Website and google says they were open for another hour. Literally 20 more people came within that 20 minutes of eating our yogurt outside watching them trying to get in.

Great place where you can fill your own cup or cone with whatever kind of frozen yogurt they have available. You can mix flavors and the topping choices are amazing. There is usually at least one dairy free and sugar free options too. The staff are always super nice and friendly.

About $9/person if you fill your cup ambitiously. Great flavor & topping variety.

I remember they used sample the flavors out-wouldn't let the customers touch the machines until they knew what they wanted. We were told that they haven't given samples since "COVID" when asking for sample cups...ok I'm sorry, that's not a good excuse. People need to know that they will love what they've just paid $7++ for....how would anyone know if they don't try it first? ?

It was my very first time at Menchie’s frozen yogurt. I tried different flavors and the topping as well, it was the good experience. We can mix our own favorite combination flavors to gather and add topping in it. The place is good. Must visit with kids and family, they will love it.

Vegetarian options: It’s yogurt ice cream it’s good

Parking: Too much parking space, there are many stores so in front of them we can park

Kid-friendliness: Yes, kids will enjoy this

Friendly service, clean surfaces and fresh toppings. I’m saddened they got rid of sampling the flavors, but I understand some people took advantage of it. They also got rid of the Nutella topping which was my favorite. Overall a good experience, reasonable pricing.

Fun place for the kids

Man this place is STELLAR! Such a great staff. I would ask for Ryan E! He sure does know his stuff. He’s a great guy!

Soooo GOOD!!!! make sure you sign up for rewards;;))) And if you buy already packed yogurt in the stand alone freezer...make sure you check the date on the bottom...under side..of the container...I bought 2 and they were both dated 6 months prior:(((...they need to go through the inventory and toss old yogurt....I was u aware of the date until after the purchase

Flavorful experience. Tons of toppings and yogurt selections, even though I think 3 machines did not have any yogurt selection. Still a good experience.
