If I could give zero stars, I would. I work for a high school, and we have hosted three fundraisers with this location. Four months later, we still have not received any of the fundraiser checks. Despite multiple requests for updates, we continue to be pushed aside. These fundraisers support scholarships for our students, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I would not recommend hosting a fundraiser here and will not be returning as a customer.

Just stopped in to pick up 7 bundtlets to the tune of $47.16. When I handed them a $100 bill, they said they couldn’t take it. When she double checked with the assistant manager, she said the order would need to be $50. Called the Crystal Lake location to see if they could accommodate and they said, “Of course!” Needless to say, I’m on my way!

Had a cake delivered on Halloween for grandkids (from the Algonquin store). It was delivered without the message I wrote so the kids didn’t know who sent it. Instead of the Happy Halloween flag I requested from the drop down, it had a Happy Birthday flag in it. It’s not their birthdays, so again confusing for the recipients. Hopefully the cake will taste good and that’s what will be remembered. It was delivered right on time and looked great.

I just realized Algonquin had a nothing bundt cake store and we love it!!!!! Please please please keep the smores cake year long! Its amazing! We absolutely love the carrot cake one too! My husband is very particular with his carrot cake and this one hit the spot. Mike is wonderful, helpful, friendly and has a great attitude and smile. Everyone has been great really. My only suggestion, figure out the tree nut and peanut allergy separation. Lots of kids with allergies these days. Most of the cakes dont have nuts in them, it would be a huge deal for us nut free parents to be able to safely purchase one of these for a birthday party for kids. Thanks!
i just left the Nothing Bundt Cakes @1:40pm and the young girl who helped me get a dozen order for my coworkers birthday was so helpful and nice! 10/10 she seems so caring to all those who walk in! wish i caught her name but she deserves a raise for her service 🤍!

I cannot tell you how utterly blown away and impressed I am with this location. When they call their staff joymakers, there is no better word to use. We've been a big fan of the cakes for a very long time, and we've gotten the cakes from various locations for various purposes. However, this location has always been a bright point of our day not only with receiving the cakes, but their service, kindness, and overall energy is so amazing.
Coming from a fellow business owner, seen staff really be courteous and go out of their way is a breath of fresh air and really makes me applaud not only the staff themselves, but also The management of this specific location.
We had an issue come up where we had to get the cake early, and not only were they accommodating but they were so friendly and helpful that we got so excited we ended up buying twice as much. This will forever be our home location to get our nothing bundt cakes. Thank you so much again for your help, and for making my day so much better

I ordered a Bundt cake and paid for it online 2 days prior to Mother’s Day. My pick up was schedule for noon. I was there at noon and waited in line for 40 minutes. I could not believe they had 1 person working on Mothers Day for all pick up orders, DoorDash orders, and store orders. The only girl working on Mother’s Day deserves a big raise for an outstanding personality to handle everything and everybody Poor management!!! I will never order again on a holiday.
