5 stars for their product, 2 stars for customer service. I absolutely love the smoothies here, but I’ve had at least 5 instances of issues with orders placed on Door Dash - incorrect items delivered, missing item, items delivered 30+ min late, orders stated to be ready and we get to the store and they haven’t even been started. Today I paid extra to receive my order in 30 minutes, and 45 minutes later was told they hadn’t even started the order. It’s really disappointing and I think that someone needs to figure out how to ensure they are integrated correctly with the Door Dash app if they continue to offer delivery and pickup.
